Tumblr's AI implementation

I really hate to do this but I don't know if I'm comfortable posting artwork here anymore.

This introduction of AI generative work into almost ANY artwork environment is so suffocating. And as much as they can have 'opt out' options, thats not true to its name. Just to post art here I'd need to outright modify my works so it's not used to make some garbage piece that steals from hard working artists. It's sad and discouraging. My artwork is not to be used and sold for some companies' greed.

Stop-motion is an animation technique in which objects are physically manipulated in small increments. By capturing 24 frames per second, the object comes to life

The movement of each character, the speed at which they move, and lighting are all taken into account. Everything is crafted and captured manually, frame by frame. By doing everything manually, the handmade nature of this series exudes warmth filled with the unique charm only stop-motion can provide.

As the process requires extreme precision, each animator can only create up to 4 to 5 seconds of footage a day. Approximately 86,000 individual images were required to create this series.

New Rivulet design <3 Honestly Riv has always been a struggle for me because it feels distinctly like it should be hairless (moreso than any other slugcat to me) but the gills always look like clown hair to me when I draw it 😭 And I'm not a fan of that tbh But I just gave up and made Ruffles extra frilly and fluffy.. Inspired by a sea slug (sea rabbit! to be specific) and those look vaguely furry so I can cope <3

Something you acquire with Kraken syndrome!

The Kraken is just an ancient defense mechanism that can be forced out though means of specials(the legal way) and drugs(the illegal way). It makes an inkfish larger, more aggressive, and more powerful. It isn't supposed to be permanent, just last until the danger that triggered the reaction has been neutralized or you wear yourself out.

Kraken syndrome happens when someone krakens more than the advised amount of time. In Nudge’s case, he willingly agreed to work with scientists when he lived in Octo Valley  in order to try and harness the power of the kraken. Unfortunately for him, he ended up gaining kraken syndrome, which causes him to kraken in both high stress situations and at random.

Instead of just making your swim form huge and powerful, it locks you into one form, an unstable mix between the two. It does the same things a kraken can, as well as scaring your friends and family.

Those diagnosed with Kraken syndrome cannot participate in official turf wars or other ink sports.

Hey there guys!! Recently I got myself a bluesky code from a really nice person on Toyhouse, so I was able to get myself an account!
