Sawhorse Books is an independent publishing company based in Cornwall, UK, specializing in the production of quality picture books. Set up in 2005 by myself(Chris Odgers) as steady platform from which to commercially publish my work. The intention and ethos of Sawhorse is simply to produce a book in which i have more control over artistic, narrative and production values that sometimes have to be compromised in the wider commercial world. I do still work commercially as a freelance illustrator as well as on private commissions.

This weekend at Shiro we participated to the #31 Ludum Dare game jam ! The theme was “entire game on one screen”. Our game is called Cat-Ana, it’s an action-exploration games in a japanese futuristic setting. Ninja cats and sushis inside !   I mostly made pixel art props that were integrated to a 3D scene, and a few 3D texture for the second scene.
