Nightly Monologue
Nothing is better than the warm embrace from the ones who truly loves you. I am fortunate enough to have a wonderful group of people who, I know, will always have my back and look after me. They say when you grow up, you start to view the world in a different light and lose the charm that you once had as a child. You lose the wonder in your eyes, that curious, inquisitive nature, which made you marvel at the simplest of observations and made you go looking for answers.
The confidence and carefree nature that you had as a child gets converted into society and awareness. Once you grow up to become an adult you start to see the real world, the harshness of reality, different personalities and behaviors, difference in opinions; you learn to stand up for your beliefs and you learn the basic needs for survival. Simultaneously, you learn to enjoy company, you value your hardships and enjoy your successes, you learn the difference between personal lifestyle and professional lifestyle, you aim for bigger dreams, you cultivate complex unexplainable emotions, all in all and in truest sense you become the very definition of human, a complex biological and highly intellectual animal.
In the process of growing you are constantly changing. Your thoughts change, your personalities and your preferences and priorities. All of this is a part of life. But you know what, personally I miss my childhood days and consider them to be one of the happiest times of my life.

Feelings #1
Feelings are a puzzle to me, what I am feeling, is it coming from my own inner self or is it something I feel because I am obligated to feel that way? If feelings can be changed with something as simple as music then why is it considered strong, strong enough to drive people to do the most insane things? I will never know or perhaps it is better that I don't know. Our brain is a wonderful entity. There are so many things that we don't know about it and so many things we have yet to discover about the organ that sits at top of our own head.
What are feelings? According to science we feel emotions because of different chemicals that gets released in our brain. Happiness, release of oxytocin, sadness release of dopamine and serotonin, excitement or fear; adrenaline. So what are feelings? Are they a bunch of chemical cocktail that gets released in our body or is it more to it than meets the eye?

Who am I?
It is of the utmost importance for me to live in an environment surrounded by nature. It is in my very innate behavior to seek adventure, to see the marvel of creation unfold before my eyes. I am a man who enjoys watching the splintering and blinking lights of the fireflies on a clear night, I am a man who enjoys listening to the buzzing sound of the cicadas for hours, I am a man who falls in love with every green valley he sees or green meadows adorned with beautiful colorful flowers like jewels waiting to be discovered and appreciated. I am a gallivanting traveler destined to be one with the world, so I say, I cannot, will not settle down in a single place, for it is the very definition of who I am.
It is easy to bring about a change externally and it is even easier to notice, but it takes a lot of time and energy to bring about minute changes internally and that is even harder to notice. A damage to the soul is a damage that is hard to reprimand. Only mother nature has the power to heal a broken damaged soul.
A funny thing that is - soul, mysterious, yes but nonetheless funny.
