This might be a bit far-fetched, but Boom Library's ReCenter is super useful and I haven't seen a free alternative to it anywhere

is there any kinda silly thing you wished there was a vst for, im feeling like making some silly lil prototypes this week

It's a spectral compressor that tries to even out the spectrum of your signal to get it closer to white noise. Usually good in moderation, to even out frequencies a bit
