Here’s another base game only home and this time it’s a modern family home, made without CC in Oasis Springs, on a 40x30 lot and it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! I’ve also used used no CC gallery art from: Catatron16, Cribea9, Cocosims2205, Cicosims, SimsationalToo, evarotky.

It’s CC free and all the packs I’ve used are listed down below + all the instructions to download it. I hope you’ll like it!

Antonia`s Attic: A two Bedroom, Two bathroom department for my best friend!

I had the idea to make houses for my friends based on their requests, the first one was a “Modern Gothic” house for my bestie, tought im not quite sure I chanelled the Gothic aspect lol. I usually hate open concept but im in love with the kitchen/dining/living room combo I made.  Distribution under the cut as always.

It’s time for another micro home! This one is also a starter, ideal for a single sim looking to improve their gardening skill with an enclosed greenhouse. 

 Lots of landscaping in this one, mostly with debug items to keep the costs down.
