The International Ministry of the Revolution has today announced the merger of the Bavian, Dharan, Evroncian and Wano Revolutionary parties into the Revolutionary Party of Peritainia.

The Revolutionary President's of the WRR and DRR shall become Regional Leaders of the Revolutionary Party. Members of the four parties will now have the opportunity to elect a singular leader of the party who can be a citizen of any interstellar nation. This will help expand the Revolution beyond the "Greater Bavian Region."

In other news. The Wano Revolutionary Assembly have formally announced the official integration of the WRR's new colony, Hulauz's Retreat, named and led by the first Revolutionary President Hulauz himself. The planet is expected to become a luxurious retreat open to all citizens of both Revolutionary Republics, luxurious hotels, and villages have already been fully booked on the planet's first city, Erm.

The Revolutionary President himself would like to send his appreciation to the Pact for their protection against the expansionist President Kuzi. Without the Pact's help, the Revolution would have again been pushed further away from its birthplace, Kelconvia.

While some are worried about this move, the Revolutionary Guard and Revolutionary Navy are more than prepared to protect our Revolutionary Republic. With the new president across the border, however, we remain hopeful that we can usher in a time of peaceful coexistence.

As always, however, our motto remains the same: Freedom is Priceless, We Must Defend It.

Greetings once again, Peritainia. We apologise for our long absence from these channels, a prolonged nebulaic storm across the Argent Rift has made communication quite difficult as of recent months.

The naval forgeyards of the Ardent System have been hard at work, producing an additional four forward action groups for rapid response deployment. In addition, plans are underway for the drafting and development of a new warship design to supplement existing battlegroups, intended for service alongside our strike cruisers. The project remains very much in the early stages, however a number of naval engineering consultants from the Sorannen Science Academy have already been brought on.

In other military news, the reconstruction of the WRR’s naval infrastructure has proceeded to a point deemed acceptable enough to authorise the recall of the LSV Citadel, in need of servicing after her long tour beyond Pact space. It is the hope of ourselves and the Wano state that their newly rebuilt armed forces will prove enough to deter any would-be aggressors.

One more subject of note. The sale and distribution of Kaetao gamesets has seen a noticeable rise within the last several weeks. It seems there is a growing interest in our national sport, and we welcome it. Kaetao is a game of skill and cunning, carefully calculated moves and quick-thought tactics; it brings us much jubilation to know others share such interests.

The Revolutionary Presidents of the Wano and Dharan Revolutionary Republics and the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Evroncia today met on New Wania.

Together, side by side, they watched the 3rd colony ship rise from the planet's surface. The ship, filled with citizens from both Revolutionary Republics, represents an era of rebuilding and growth. The new colony has yet to be named, awaiting a consensus by the general public.

The Wano Revolutionary Republic can also announce that the leader of this colony ship is no other than former Revolutionary President Hulauz of Grand Bavia. Hulauz's escape from Grand Bavia happened after his pardon by Kelconvia's Planetary Governor. This secret has been held by the Bavian Government for months. Since being liberated, Hulauz announced that he had full faith in his Revolution and hope it'd spread "quickly and peacefully."

Below is a statement by the Revolutionary President:

People of the Wano Revolutionary Republic and the galaxy. I come to you with two historic announcements.

The first is that yesterday, the Revolutionary Assembly passed a motion in a private session to finally reintegrate the Olko Homeworld back into our Revolutionary Republic. This was after a deal was made with the hivemind who was inhabiting the homeworld and the Wano government. The Hivemind will stop expanding against those who do not wish for it, and the Wano government will no longer prohibit those who are trying to join it. There was also a deal of joint research against the new hivemind which they call "guided by an artificial body".

The reunification of the homeworld means that the capital of the Republic shall return to the homeworld in exchange for representation of the hivemind. The Hivemind will also be excluded from the ongoing war unless they choose to join it.

I also can announce that the Dharan Revolutionary Republic has finally ratified our deal to create an International Ministry of Revolution. The IMR will work to protect and expand the revolution to all those who yearn for freedom. The Minister shall be appointed soon by both assemblies of both republics. This is a historic moment for the revolution as we immortalise it across international borders.

The Ministry's first project will be the consolidation of the core revolutionary lands where the revolution first spread. However, we will respect and listen to those who oppose it. The revolution was built on freedom of speech, and we will allow those to oppose the revolution as the revolution opposed tyranny. Otherwise, we are no better than the tyranny that started the revolution.

A new age has dawned upon us, one of collaboration, cooperation, and understanding. These principles shall spread throughout the lands of the revolution and defend us against tyranny. Long live freedom!

The government has received reports that this new "hivemind" has been targeting military installations across the Revolutionary Republic. The Department of Defense has reported that these groups are suspected to be getting their orders from a different type of leader. This means however the Department of Health no longer considers the original hivemind a threat to the public and we will consider lifting our restrictions on the homeworld.

The Defense Minister has said however those who are infected with the new hivemind will be contained and isolated to a new installation in our capital system. This is in order to protect both the Olko and hivemind. The Military has reported that our defensive capabilities have been affected.

The President has also announced that the WRR and DRR will be creating the "Joint Ministry of Galactic Revolution" with the Minister being approved of both the Wano and Dharan Revolutionary Assemblies. This minister will be responsible for the protection and spreading of our revolution to those who are oppressed.

The Health Department would like advice citizens there has been a minor incident of the "hivemind" breaking out on New Wania and Texosh. The Defense Department is currently containing the problem and intend to move subjects to Old Wania.

The Health Minister would like to warn people however that these new subjects do not have the traditional purple eyes of the hivemind but gold instead. The reason for this is unknown and the government is putting a large chunk of research towards this effort.

In other news Revolutionary President Mevera has returned to New Wania yesterday. He has addressed the Revolutionary Assembly on tbe current state of the war and how the revolution will spread. He said his meetings with the Evroncian Prime Minister and King went well.

The President said he didn't meet with President Kuzi who was on the planet at the same time. There is no indication if the two presidents will ever meet.

The Revolutionary President was spotted today at the Royal Palace of Evroncia. It is believed he is at a meeting with His Majesty King Yonwa X discussing the tension in the region.

However the Revolutionary Assembly's Committee on Foreign Affairs is calling for the President to meet President Kuzi of which we know is in the city also. The Committee has said that they want to try and open a negotiation corridor however waits for the Wano President to confirm.

The war has been going well this week as a historic number of citizens of the revolution have joined the armed forces against the Bavian menace. There are calls in the armed forces to strike into the heart of Grand Bavia and bring the revolution back to its first home.

The breaches in the Homeworld have continued to increase in number with now 32 breaches being counted by the Department of Health. The lockdown however has been lifted on all planets due to the fact not a single case has been detected since the first breach happened. This has led many to believe the disease is being taken from the Homeworld for study without the WRR's permission.

The president took his stand, and saluted the assembly, the broadcast happening on evey Station. “Most esteemed representatives, defenders of the revolution, citizens of the Revolutionary Republics, citizens of Pertainia. I am President Mevera of the Wano Revolutionary Republic.

“The war against the DSGB is still ongoing and has seen many victories, however I do not come to you to boast or to show off, but to send a very important message. As we have seen in the previous days the galaxy has been thrown into yet another needless war, one fueled like our own, greed and the ambitions of a select group of people. The wars have already seen countless battles and countless losses. The galaxy has entered a pivotal moment for us all.

“The confrontation between PEACE and the Khanate is a direct threat to the nation of which we all live in, threatening galactic escalation on a scale the WRR has never seen. This has led to other powers, mainly Grand Bavia taking advantage of this by attacking our homes and our allies yet again. The war may be going well but is not won yet. The Dharan Security Services have identified that the Bavians were behind the infiltration of our homeworld and the attacks on our neighbour, the Kingdom of Evroncia. This is something they’ll deny of course yet we should bring to the attention of the galaxy anyway.

“Now the reason I come here is because the WSS believe the Bavian state is preparing to escalate the war and we need to be prepared, that is why I implore that anyone who believes in the revolution comes and fights for it. The Wano Revolutionary Republic alongside its DRR allies stand with PEACE in this time of conflict. This is no longer a war for the survival of our government but one of our ideals and way of life. The Wano people will never embrace a hateful ideology and will fight against all those who try to change that!”

President Mevera pulled out the book he had been holding to show it being the first translated copy of the Revolutionary Manifesto written by then President Hulauz of the then Bavian Revolutionary Republic.

“The WRR is the third nation in the galaxy to embrace the revolution, one that started in our own enemy’s territory. However the reason we don’t fight it and don’t try to change it is because the ideas of the revolution unites us. It shows I am no better than the man that walks next to me, showing true equality regardless of species. It unites the Wano people after centuries of division, it unites the Dharans and Olkos despite our differences, the revolution unites us with our allies in the Kingdom, it unites us all. The revolution’s main battle isn’t decided in the stars but here in our own minds, we only fight for the revolution because we believe in it. The revolution is proven to only make this country better.

“And it will not end with us, people of the Revolution. This war is our first major test, but I can assure you we will pass it. Once this war is over we will promote democracy and freedom across the galaxy - from Bavia, to the enemies of PEACE, to the Western Quadrant. This nation, Wano, is the beginning of a Galactic Revolution, one that will unite previously divided communities under one ideology, one idea. The ultimate goal of the revolution and this war is clear, no-one shall ever be oppressed again and all shall live free!”
