Think about cooking with your f/o if you will.

If they're a disaster in the kitchen, imagine guiding them with your arms wrapped around them and your head on their shoulder, or if they're taller than you, your hand on theirs, helping them hold, whisk, or mix. Maybe you are also a disaster and join in the revelry, flour in the air and on faces, half-mixed batter on the counter or used as projectiles; just make sure the stove isn't on.

If they're well acclimated to the kitchen, imagine your f/o holding you close as they wait for a timer, or do they surprise you with a warm cooked meal after a long day? Both of you working on your own part of a meal and simply being near each other is enough. Or, maybe, you pester them while they cook. Stealing little portions when they look away or adding more of that ingredient you oh so love. Do they not realize your subterfuge, or do they lovingly smack your hand with a spoon?

Or do you just order out and watch a movie together?

Imagine, if you will, laying on your couch or bed with your f/o lying on top of you. Their head on your chest, a gentle rise and fall as you breathe, listening to your calm heartbeat.

You could gently pet their hair or stroke their back or maybe just hold them lovingly. As long as contact is being made, you’re both in pure bliss…
