I think owen paris is most interesting when he has lots of regrets about how his relationship with tom went for tom's entire life and also this doesn't make him better at actually talking to tom. like he can tell other people how proud he is of tom and then talking to tom he's like well. you're back and you didn't die and you're not in jail. and then he clears his throat and leaves the room
