So I made some sprites. But now they’re somehow blurry. I need tech support.

Gaster is Another Dog!!!

Many people have reported that the Gaster Blasters appear to be canine (DOG) skulls.

Now, what is the most common animal we’ve seen in Undertale?

That’s right. The dog.

This seems like something that would easily fit into Undertale, as it frequently does the opposite of what we expect.

Also, dogs.

Thus, I believe Gaster may have had determination, but not so much as to make him unstable like the amalgamates. Instead, he fell into the CORE, and he had just enough determination to preserve his skull, rather than his whole body.

The rest disentegrated/melted away.

I am currently unsure of how an unmelted skull became a summon-on-command floating laser blaster, though.

Gaster may still have been a skeleton, but most likely he was a dog skeleton.

Due to Fun value thing, I am still sure that there must be some relationship between Gaster and the mysteryman sprite, but I’m not sure what.

Hopefully this will provide some insight into the mystery of W. D. Gaster.
