One year is a lot or not. Exactly one year ago, I can say with full responsibility, my life has changed. I registered this page on Instagram. I had ignored it for years, thought of this platform as an empty time eater. I kept a personal Facebook and that was enough for me. When I opened this narrowly focused page I had no idea that I could find so many wonderful people, so much positivity, so much new information about watches and most importantly so many great friends. Yes exactly friends, we used to consider schoolmates friends, colleagues at work, neighbors ... But if we honestly admit to ourselves that from hundreds of friends when we change jobs there are only a few with whom we continue to communicate. It's different here, we are united by a common passion and this one for a long time 😂. I thank all of you for your attention to my humble person. I am not trying to please someone but I see great examples and of course try to emulate you. Thank you for this great year among real and passionate watch maniac friends. My friends, lately it seems to me that the big brands have relaxed a bit and are simplistically making money by squeezing out old stories, legends and fictions. . Don't think that I don't like heritage and legacy, but still it is much more difficult to create a new masterpiece for future generations of Submariner or Speedmaster than to simply reissue this legend in a new color or even with an upgraded movement. . But the Tudor isn't like that. Yes it's a legendary Submariner snow flake but it has nothing in common with the grandfather and it gives me huge respect for the brand, as absolutely all modern Tudor watches are built from scratch but with a deep respect for the past. . Just simple Seiko 5 but: 40 years old, and similar model SPR007 quartz at 1985 was a Bond watch. If I calculated right 7 Seikos on Bond, all digital just one 3 hands day date. It even more than Rolex on movie and one watch less than Omega now.
