I know a lot of people love using degrading language in kink and/or being degraded- myself included!- but I am begging y'all to at the very least rethink your usage of 'degenerate' as a degrading term. That's some actual Nazi shit*, and in this time of rising fascist attitudes it's concerning to see that word continue to be used in many kink circles uncritically.
*"But what does this have to with Nazism?" you might ask. I'm not going to fault you for not knowing! It was a term originally used by Nazis and their ilk to describe modern art, i.e. art that defied traditional norms and attitudes. It wasn't just the art itself that was seen as an insult to traditionalist culture, though- art made by minorities and/or allegedly supporting leftist causes was seen as degenerate, to the extent that jazz as a genre was regarded as 'degenerate' due to it being a product of Black culture; unsurprisingly, works by Jewish and Communist artists were seen as such too, among many others. 'Degeneracy' is at its core about othering and delegitimizing those seen as 'lesser,' or in other words groups and minorities whose existence stood in defiance of the image of a white, Christian, cishet, patriarchal, able-bodied, neurotypical, conservative Germany. It's a word with an ugly history no matter how you look at it. The Wikipedia page on Degenerate Art (<-link) is a decent primer if you want to start learning more about this history, and there's a lot of literature out there on the weaponization and impacts of the 'degenerate' label (including some found in the references section of the linked page). The more you know!

Candian Bayleef
Type: Grass/Fire Ability: Dry Skin
HP - 60 Defense - 50 Sp. Def - 50 BST - 405 Attack - 80 Sp. Atk - 80 Speed - 85
Pokédex Entry: A diet of mostly spicy berries combined with Candia’s colder temperatures has triggered a reaction in Chikorita’s DNA, resulting in a Fire/Grass-type evolution. Though this adaption makes Bayleef more well-suited to Candia’s less temperate climate, this Pokemon doesn’t thrive in the sun like their Johtonian counterparts.
Candian Meganium
Type: Grass/Fire Ability: Solar Healing (In sunshine, heals 1/8 total HP each turn)
HP - 80 Defense - 70 Sp. Def - 70 BST - 525 Attack - 120 Sp. Atk - 80 Speed - 105
Pokédex Entry: Evolution gave these Pokemon the strength to adapt to their new fire powers, making them capable of withstanding both cold and hot weather. Candian Meganium are noticeably more aggressive than their Johtonian counterparts. The peppers that grow around their neck are edible and considered a rare delicacy.
Candian Bayleef and Meganium were commissioned and designed by @jeffreyrinas.

I'm tired of saying "Sneasels of both forms and Weaviles and also Sneaslers" all the time, there should be an umbrella term.

Wilteon (Grass/Ghost)
#??? - On rare occasion, an Eevee can be affected by more than one environmental factor, and reacts to grow into a new, rare evolution. Some Eevee are particularly sensitive to the flora around them, and will be influence by the life and treatment of those plants. When wild vegetation is ravaged by disease or human destruction, nearby Eevee may react by evolving into the Grass/Ghost Wilteon. Even domestic Eevee who live around neglected houseplants may evolve into this Eeveelution. Small plants and vegetation wilt in the presence of unhappy individuals, though the resulting soil is said to be extremely fertile. The dark patches on Wilteon’s body spread depending on the health of their local ecosystem, though their coat may lighten if conditions improve. It is said that these moody and elusive Pokemon will seek out and haunt people who purposefully kill plants, draining the person’s energy to fuel their own spectral powers. They only warm to humans who value plant life and treat it with respect.

#116.5 - Horsea live in the ocean, where they make nests in the shade of corals in an effort to avoid their natural predators. If they feel threatened, Horsea will reflexively spray a dense black ink from their mouth and try to escape; if attacked by a larger enemy, they can quickly swim to safety by adeptly controlling their dorsal fin. Horsea can also utilize their ink blasts to shoot down flying bugs with precision from the surface of the water. As Horsea grow, they develop poisonous spines that grant them additional protection. By spinning their body, a fully grown Horesea - a Seadra - can generate a strong whirlpool that swallows prey down into the depths.
#117.5 - Seadra are very capable swimmers, and can even swim backwards by rapidly flapping its winglike pectoral fins and stout tail. The males raise the young, which they protect furiously with their toxic spikes. Seadra’s cells contain the presence of a gene not found in Horsea, believed to be the traces of a ancient draconic heritage. By moving down to the deep ocean floor, the additional pressure causes this gene to awaken, sparking the evolution into Kindra. As these Seadra age, they build their energy in the ocean depths, and are said to be able to create giant whirlpools by merely yawning. Trainers hoping to evolve their Seadra can expose them to a Dragon Scale, in an attempt to awake their dormant genes without the prolonged, undersea pressure.
Named: Horsea - Seapent - Seadra - Prindra - Kingdra

#048.5 - Unlike many of their bug Pokemon cousins, Venomoth do not undergo a cocoon-like state before evolving. Venonat are nocturnal hunters, and utilize their big eyes - actually a cluster of many tiny eyes - to detect small insects that gather around lights. As Venonat evolve, their compact eyes will gradually merge into a larger pupil as their growing mobility reduces their need for radar-like vision. They will begin to develop delicate wings, coated in a powerful poisonous dust, but cannot use them to fly long distances until fully grown.
Named: Venonat - Venonymph - Venomoth
