Every so often the Octonauts will pass by the Arctic, or somewhere generally cold and snowy. When this happens, the other Octonauts always make a point to stop the ship and hunker down for at least one full day, to let Peso and the Captain go and goof around for a while.

Its very rare that the two of them get to see snow now that they are Octonauts. So whenever they have the chance, they make the most of their special little day as much as they can.

Being an Arctic animal out it tropical weather most of the time will really kick you in the gut with home sickness. So they make a point to indulge in the snow as much as they can, whenever they can. Its the only time the two of them can really feel at home after all.

My favorite character is Mei, but Zhi Xing has her own love interest because Mei is too old for her.

.. needless to say, Zhi Xing has some ear damage from subjecting herself to a little less than needed weapons. She can change the properties of atoms and can pull atoms further apart or together, as her power. I don't think she can be more chaotic than this, she's riled up XD

Even though I rarely draw it in art, Zhi Xing inherits a few scales from her ma and ba. The scales are colored an orange and blue gradient with a little white on the sides. When she feels strong negative emotions, the scales will glow orange or orange-ish red. When she feels strong positive emotions, her scales will glow blue or cyan. If she's relaxed, the glows are faint and only visible with the lights off.

Zhi Xing's senses are amplified, so that's why she likes mundane food and dislikes stuff with spice, too sour, too sweet, or too *anything* related to taste atp.

"My ma and ba are my go to answers, but I also love my girlfriend! She's really cool, knows a lot of tea in a literal and metaphorical sense and she can bake! She gets along well with my ba, as they're both gentle-hearted. My ba is very curious about her tattoos and wants to get matching ones with ma, but he has low pain tolerance and he's scared of needles. Ma is also pretty cool, but we aren't as close because the kingdom puts a lot of pressure on her most days and we don't see her much. Xiao Xing, Qiang hua, Liang Xing and me all wish she had a more spaced out schedule like she did then, we miss her, and she tries her best to be there for us, but some days it feels like she values her work over us." Zhi Xing:

Zhi Xing is a young, sixteen year old girl. Daughter of the two compassionate rulers Ling and Zuanshi. She had gotten ling's hair with blue highlights, as well as his hearing, leading to her being very sensitive to sound and needing to wear a pair of sound-blocking headphones at all times. Though, she has her mother's old personality, carefree and thrill-seeking. She was born under questionable circumstances, and is considered a powerhouse. This made her a target for kidnapping, so Ling and Zuanshi taught her to fight and fend for herself.
