You’ve saved up all of your money to buy front-row tickets to the Stray Kids concert, barely grabbing your seat in time. Then you accidentally lock eyes with Bang Chan onstage.
Warnings: none?? mostly fluff uwu

You’ve barely scraped together enough money to buy you and your sister front row tickets to Stray Kids’ concert. It was her absolute favorite band - she had been obsessing about it for months and had dozens of posters in her room. It was blinding to look at. Being the considerate sibling you were, you decided to give her the best present you could think of.
Man, did you regret it. Your wallet was deceased now.
Anyways, better enjoy the moment while it lasts. Your sister and you had taken your seats a few minutes ago, waiting for the show to start. Even though you didn’t know the group all too well, you felt the energy radiating from the fans surrounding you as songs played from the speakers.
Suddenly, the lights dimmed. Fans began to cheer, waving their light sticks around their heads as an image began to project from the screen. Scenery began to flash by as a voice spoke from the speakers. You could barely hear it over your sister’s screaming.
The screen switched to each member’s profile, flashing by.
Bang Chan. Lee Know. Changbin...
You suddenly felt very intimidated.
They were all gorgeous.
After the last member, I.N., flashed from the screen, everything faded to black. The crowd’s cheers grew even louder.
Then, the lights shone on eight figures standing at the stage. Your sister was practically shrieking, awestruck under the presence of her idols.
The first song began to start, an energetic tune with a heavy beat that seemed to match up with your stumbling heartbeat. They started to move in mesmerizing patterns, completely in synch with each other. Their energy almost rivaled their fans - you could tell that they were putting their all into their performance.
You could understand why your sister loved them so much. As the concert progressed, the members kept on filling the stage with their charisma and energy. You were so enveloped in their performance that you almost didn’t see one of them, a blond-haired boy in a blazer, wave at you from onstage.
You got so flustered that you smacked yourself in the chin when trying to wave back at him.
The boy seemed concerned for a second, his eyes filled with worry. But once he saw that you were okay, he started laughing hard. In the middle of the song.
Your heart stopped. You hadn’t noticed his dimples until now, or how his eyes sparkled so much when he laughed.
These thoughts were interrupted by your sister shaking your shoulder vigorously. “Did you see that, Y/N?? He waved at me!!! He actually waved at me!” She was near tears.
Sighing, you turned your eyes back towards the stage. He was back in the center again, singing his verses.
You wondered if he actually did wave at you.

It was nearly halfway through the concert when you started to remember all of their names, asking your sister for confirmation. The guy who had waved at you (and had rudely laughed at you >:( ) was named Bang Chan, the leader of the group. You noticed his Australian accent when he introduced himself.
At this moment, Han and Felix had roped Bang Chan into doing aegyo, even though he had heavily protested to it.
“Come on, Chan!” Felix whined. You noticed that he was Australian too. “Do it for the fans.”
“Do it for us.” Han added, laughing. “Do it. Do it. Do it.”
The fans, or “Stays,” you had learned, quickly caught on. Soon the entire stadium was filled with the chants of “Do it.”
“Fine, fine!” Chan interrupted, waving his arms around. “I’ll do it!”
Everyone broke into cheers. Han quickly waved his hands for silence.
“Ready? One~!”
Chan brought his hands to his face, poking his cheeks.
“Two!”
He cupped his face in his hands, tilting his head and smiling broadly.
“Three!”
At this point, Chan had already broken down mentally. He covered his face with one hand and made a peace sign with the other.
Stays cheered, you along them. Even though he might not think so, that was pretty cute to see.
Your heart fluttered even more when he cast an embarrassed glance right at you, smiling shyly. Your sister began to freak out again, tugging at your sleeve.
The concert continued, Chan sneaking in glances and smiles your way. Sure, he did some of it with the other fans, but not as much as you. Your heart pounded every time you locked eyes.
Then, in the blink of an eye, the concert came to an end. The members said their final goodbyes and disappeared off the stage. Your eyes met with Chan’s one more time as he turned to glance at you.
And then he was gone.
You had to convince yourself that nothing would have happened. You lived two, very separate worlds apart and had no way of contacting him after the concert. Brushing off the disappointment, you exited the concert and waited outside.
Waiting for your parents to pick you up seemed to be the longest thing ever, even longer than the concert. You sighed, sad that the concert was over and was already looking forward to their next one.
“Oh, shoot!” You turned to your sister, who was searching through her bag furiously. “I left my lightstick in the lobby. Give me a second.” She turned towards the entrance again, nudging her way past people to get back in.
You sighed, rolling your eyes at your sister. You leaned on a nearby pole and closed your eyes, wanting to hold onto the memories as much as possible. Suddenly, a familiar voice interrupted you.
“Hey!” Your eyes shot open, looking for the source of the voice. Your gaze traveled to a black car driving by, its window open.
And guess whose head was sticking out of it.
Bang Chan, in all of his glory, was waving around his arms to grab your attention. He smiled broadly when he saw you, holding out a paper airplane towards you. You reached out and plucked it from his hands, your fingers grazing against his.
You met eyes with him again, confused. He smiled at you before being yanked back into the car. Excited shouts came from the car as the window closed back up and the vehicle drove away.
You unfolded the airplane cautiously, careful not to rip the paper. On the paper were the words:
Call me! [123-456-7890]
Your heart thumped in your chest, growing louder and louder. You pressed the paper to your chest, a warm feeling spreading from your heart to your limbs.
Yes, you would definitely call him later. Definitely.
