By creating We Are Poke, we wish to take a bigger part of the eco-friendly, healthy food and organic diet lifestyle that we ourselves follow. We recycle everything that can be recycled, we limit our use of plastic, electricity, and water. We surround ourselves with plants and use durable, recycled and recyclable supplies whenever possible.

As organic farms are few in the area, we hope in a near future, as more farmers are opting for organic farming practices, to be able to receive all of our fresh fruits and vegetables from local organic farms to support local farmers and encourage organically grown productions.
