Name: LK PineApple
From: Private Dealer – San Francisco area
Grade: A-
Type: Hybrid (obviously heavily indica influenced)
Price: $10/gram
Looks: All of the nugs in this bag were SOLID and hand manicured so well. There were no excessive stems at all and even though the flowers gave way and were juicy when pressed/pinched, the stems still gave a gratifying "snap" when tested. Overall sooo sticky, no shake could be found in the bag.
Smell: INTENSE pineapple fragrance, then as smoking a subtle earthy kush comes through, good to the last Toke/Vape!
Taste: Sooo sticky that you have to lick and chew at your fingers after packing/breaking it up, cause you’re so covered in the little sticky ickies. The taste comes through as very fruity at first, mellowing to an earthy kush, good to the last drop, and burns to complete white ash, that willingly jumps out of your bowl making room for the next one.
Buzz Type: It took me a whole week to build any tolerance to these genetics, at first two-three tokes would wash over my body in just a few minutes and pleasantly remain for a few hours. VERY heady, and although I did many active things medicated (and enjoyed them), it still has a tendency to turn couch lock into bed lock rather quickly.
The other added effect was needing to eat three dinners to kill the hunger it brought on.
Buzz Length: Very long and intense at first, one of the few herbs I actually had to be careful of to not smoke too much and then operate my motor-vehicle. Could go two to four hours before coming down (and I’m a heavy medicator) and even though smoking long term brought up my tolerance and required smoking a little more, it still had the same effect and lasted just as long.
Overall: Very nice, very strong, and WONDERFUL pineapple scent/taste! Overall a really hard indica eventually takes over and zombie-fies you, so you just smoke less and force yourself out into the sun! Sticky ass nugz and nice and perfectly crispy. Very niceA to A-. –SwollenTrichrome

Name: Kings Cross
From: Private Dealer
Grade: B+
Type: Hybrid
Genetics: My label says “Sour Diesel x Sweet Tooth x ?”
Price: $15/g
Looks: My pictures are slightly dark, the bud is very green with thick hairs and purple all over. It is covered in THC.
Smell: Pungent smell, somewhat like Fruit Loops cereal only more skunky.
Taste: Smooth smoke, fruity taste. Not the most explosive taste I’ve had.
Buzz Type: Euphoric. Starts in the head, makes its way down the body in waves. I can smoke a joint of Kings Cross and still function in a social atmosphere.
Buzz Length: Medium. I was happily baked for about an hour, with minimal to no burnout.
Overall: This version of Kings Cross is not the original Kush X, as I think I may have been happier with that version. But this bud is so nice looking and smelling that I find it a top choice to smoke during the day. If there was something special about this strain I would’ve graded it an “A“, but it is lacking that special punch. -Demo11

Name: Sweet Tooth
From: Barney’s (Coffee Shop – Amsterdam)
Grade: A
Type: Hybrid
Price: $15/g
Looks: Tight buds with different shades of green along with thin red hairs.
Smell: Freshly cut assortment of fruit.
Taste: Has an orgasmic sweet taste that is unlike most other varieties. Taste is almost as good as well grown Diesel or Chemdawg.
Buzz Type: Body felt stoned and the head was in a good cerebral state.
Buzz Length: Medium to Long.
Overall: This strain has always been a special treat for me. This was the second type of weed I tried in Amsterdam on my first trip 4 or 5 years ago. It has such a distinct candy taste that lingers in the mouth. Easy to see how this won the Cannabis Cup back to back in 2001 and 2002. -Meangreenmartian

Name: White OG Kush
From: LAX Patient Remedies (Dispensary – Los Angeles)
Grade: B
Type: Hybrid (Sativa dominant)
Genetics: White Widow x OG Kush
Price: $70/8th
Looks: Frosty, sticky, dense popcorn buds. Dark orange hairs, well trimmed. The pics are a little unsaturated, weak camera.
Smell: Standard Kush scent, but also a citrus sweet smell.
Taste: Same as smell on exhale.
Buzz Type: Mostly uplifting, alert cerebral high. Very little body stone. Good for getting an appetite, playing some Call of Duty and writing your first review.
Buzz Length: Long. After a few good rips the high lasted about 2 1/2 hours.
Overall: This strain has quickly jumped up on my list of favorites…right up there with Blue Rhino and Diablo OG Kush. I highly recommend it. –kDAVR

Name: White Buddha
From: Private Dealer – Michigan
Grade: A+
Type: Hybrid
Genetics: Black Buddha x White Lighting
Price: $25/gram
Looks: Very nice round light green buds. The buds are completely covered in white crystals. The picture doesn’t show as half as many as there actually are. There are also crazy orange hairs coming out of the bud just covered in crystals. The way to describe it is someone took their bud and set it out in a super heavy frost then showed you. The bud looks like it’s covered in a heavy frost.
Smell: A very strong crisp smell, with a slight skunk over tone to the smell.
Taste: Taste is almost a slight fruity taste with a slight skunk taste too. A very heavy thick smoke that is super clean and smooth.
Buzz Type: Definitely a very good hybrid high. A very quick body and head high right after your first hit on a bowl. Definitely don’t expect to be productive.
I smoke before math class like I do every day but today I smoked this stuff and there was no way that any of my math was getting done. You become just very chill and laid back. Great for sitting back and watching TV or listening to music…not so much for playing video games.
Buzz Length: Long. A good 2 hours before you start to come down.
Overall: The best bud I have ever seen or smoked and I have been smoking and seeing good shit for a good 2 years now and this is by far the best. Super strong odor but a very desirable one. I keep it in a glass jar because of the smell because I live in a dorm.
The smoke like I said is super thick and dense. You get huge monster rips with out even realizing it. Put it like this – one small bowl got 3 people that are very heavy smokers blown back for 2 hours. So if you are not a very heavy smoker you will probably stay higher even longer after one bowl. –tyler_580

Name: Martian Mean Green
From: Private Dealer
Grade: A
Type: Sativa
Price: $60/8th, $100/quarter, $175/half, $300/ounce
Looks: Relatively oblong and somewhat exotic in form! Kind of surprised me. I sat and wondered how cool some nugs look. I think at one point during my session I told my friend it gives off a Martian Space Skull\Helmet vibe. Everything else is pretty ordinary and magnificent. Rather olive in color, shades either appear lighter or darker dependent upon size. Nice layering of crystals divided and Isolated throughout each nug. Sunset orange hairs that make it marvelous to glance at.
Smell: Generally has an acrid fruitiness, prevailing only with skunky urine when sticking nugs very close to the nostrils. The profound Jet-Fuel bursts severely into my nasal canals, you can nearly feel the whiff making an entrance behind your eyes when continuously smelling while breaking nugs apart.
Taste: I wouldn’t say this bud gave me fresh-breath but it did generate my palate tingling with an exciting view through both the ends of the spectrum. Blast of a strong menthol, shortly follow by heavy hazy-Spice aftertaste. Probably the most unique flavors I’ve ever came across. The more I think about it, the mint flavor is almost reminiscent of Halls Cough Drops\Mentos candy but does not overlook the delicious Indian spices.
Buzz Type: It’s 3-2-1..lift off after you release the first sign of smoke. Sudden elevating motion stimulates my upper body, consistent euphoria encompasses my emotions and pulls them in an upward fashion, nearly knocking me off my feet. Seconds later after I realize how potent this stuff really is. I gather my thoughts and recognize the tug is achieved mostly in my head. It’s similar to a pair of magnets, with myself trying to lasso my thoughts and pull them out of the vacuum tunnel beneath the altered state.
There is an undeniable sense of a ‘commanding’ towards being anxiety free during my session, since my dome is ’sucking it dry’ so to speak. This medicine can be beneficial for sudden attacks of anxiety, but if you tug the rope too much it will leave you stuck with paranoia. Just let it do it’s thing, and you should be fine with the results!
Buzz Length: Long. 2 hours off 1 bong rip.
Overall: I’d consider this a perfect batch of MMG if I had ever saw one. Gave me everything I was looking for associated with it’s attributed smell, flavor and high. –Remmie

Name: Cherry Sundae Kush
From: Private Dealer – Pittsburgh, PA
Grade: A+
Type: Hybrid
Price: $60/8th, $110/quarter, $170/half, $300/ounce
Looks: Nugs are pretty chunky in stature that are just covered in wild red hairs affiliated by a broad field of frost consuming much of the surface. These babies are pretty damn sticky as my grinder kept getting jammed just as I was about to finish. The scissors were a bit more easier to manage but small traces of the residue from the nugs being chopped stuck onto it as well!
Smell: Instantly after the jar is open my nostrils have been violated! Roasted dark Spanish coffee beans that have been recently fermented by a skunk makes an intrusion in my whole kitchen. I could have sworn I had also caught an intricate whiff of big-red chewing gum!
If you ground those beans up with a dash of French vanilla and prepare yourself for a rejuvenating early morning cup of mocha like you never had before! I couldn’t stop smelling my fingers after I broke the nugs up! Simply a delicious assembly of organized smells on this one!
Taste: The Inhale gave me a freaky flavor of spicy eggnog. Reminds me much of the holidays and got me in the smoking spirit. Cherry Altoids twisted into a concoction of some very kushy skunk sustained the exhale. My breath was pretty stanky afterwards. Don’t gorge your lung capacity cause it’s that thick dense smoke that’ll make you choke!
Buzz Type: The switch was flipped on that generates the unlimited supply source of brain licking juice ability. My legs very soon afterward began to wobble, I didn’t have any inclination to walk anywhere from that moment. I lost my finesse to speak clearly as everyone could tell I was baked when they heard it in my voice. I tune out when trying to concentrate or pay attention too closely to something as it happens very frequently.
Time has settled into a stretch giving a slow pace saunter to whatever activity I would attempt to undergo. I couldn’t stop from noticing after a real lengthy time lapse of twenty minutes. A nice streak of saliva trickles down the corner of my lip and cheek landing on my collard shirt I wore after work acting like a flooded levee. I didn’t seem to take any affirmative action because I didn’t want to move my facial muscles.
The position was far too comfortable, not only in the head but rapidly initiates a warming muscle-relaxer solace in my calves and acute joints territory. I finally came to the conclusion that I’m baked beyond logical reason. I could feel my eye-lids get very hot and droopy. I can garaun-damn-tee this will give you devil eyes after clearing an entire roach or taking a rip from the bong.
I enjoy the remaining few hours of this session as I chow down before heading to sleep. Every time I decide to eat food I cherish every moment like it’ll be my last. I was balls deep in my bowl of cereal. This is some excellent sleep-aid that could treat many forms of medical conditions including Hypertension, Depression and of course Insomnia!
Buzz Length: Long. Peak 2 hours and 15 minutes. Comedown: 30 min afterwards. That is if you don’t pass out by the time you return to baseline!
Overall: I have difficult time falling asleep and staying asleep during the night and this was possibly the best medicine I have found that replaces my sleeping pills! This is basically Ambien in herb form! I will have to officially keep Cherry Sundae Kush in the pickup cycle from this point on! –Remmie

Name: Great White Shark
From: Private Dealer
Grade: A+
Type: Hybrid (75% Indica 25% Sativa)
Price: $350–400/ounce
Looks: Absolutely frosted. Light orange hairs. Vibrant green. You can tell they let this one go the extra mile!
Smell: Extremely sweet and skunky. Musky/hazey undertones. More musk than haze. With a hint of fruit. Very complex smell really.
Taste: Super clean/sterile. Very skunky. Perfectly flushed.
Buzz Type: Instant head rush. Then goes to a mellow sativa like buzz for about 10 minutes, then gradually settles to a very medicating body high. Good for pains and sleep.
Buzz Length: Long. 2+ hours for sure on this one.
Overall: This is an elite cut of Great White Shark, has been bred out for a few years for massive resin production. I wish I had a better camera to showcase these perfect diamond like trichomes. The buds are covered in so much crystals it looks fuzzy.
Easily some of the stickiest bud I’ve ever come across even after being fairly dry it maintains that stickiness. Tall trichome heads cover every surface of this fine herb , it looks like diamonds in even low lighting. Very unique bud in a league of its own. –CTherbalgoodness

Name: Super Silver Haze
Genetics: Haze X Skunk X Northern Lights #5
From: Private Dealer – Pittsburgh, PA
Grade: A
Type: Sativa
Price: $60/8th, $110/quarter, $175/half, $300/ounce
Looks: Pretty dense nugs for sativa dominant strain. Most of them will have a spear shaped structure. The minority that did not still had just as an impressive detail of both trichomine when observing closely and overall “full” structure. The trichomine is evident, giving off a “silver-hue” towards it’s appearance. I cannot forget to mention the bright lightning-orange hairs that are like an invasion upon these nugs!
Smell: Very mild spiced-Chai tea aroma with a lingering lemony-citrus somewhere in there. This is even more present when these nugs are broken up with scissors! Dependent upon how tightly you squeeze the nug gives off a preposterous perfume of either the Western Buffalo spice or maybe the citrusy collaboration! It was quite exciting the first time I received these nugs…oh the possibilities!
Taste: Exquisite! Savory tropical fruit purified by miniature jumping-Jalapeno Mexican-midgets splashed and showered in Peppermint candy takes a front-ride seat in my mouth that exposes the depth of my taste buds! There is a smidge of lemonade trying to break through but you’d have to pay close attention to even notice!
I mean…this shit was cured 100% correctly! Haze hasn’t struck me to have an attractive and fascinating flavor until I happened to come across this! Probably my most favorite coveted haze smoke from this moment in time! It had sumptuous hashy aftertaste that had me licking my chops.
Buzz Type: Immediate and strong! It’s a clear-headed buzz for the most part that transpires. This would be true, that is until the user will suddenly pester around with roaming thoughts on errand’s or possibly having a certain person on your mind. It will be very challenging to get shoved back into a frame-of-mind reality with all these distracting questions that I either have or a friend nearby may ask. I’ll label it as puzzling and mega-complexed velocity mental-high.
It’s complete with thrills supported by a very “heady” euphoria darting straight for the dome! Towards the lower-back of the cranium there is an exhilarating sensation leaving me with an “accelerated” perception. Just Imagine…reckless boulder wrapped in chains and spikes causing mayhem and annihilation, crushing traffic at a standstill on your favorite busy highway! Coming from or heading to work!
Wonder and questions have a full-fledged visual ailment, ordaining very unclear judgmental and decision making. My whole head soon felt numb from my frequent unawareness illustrated exactly the same as a slow drifting satellite in space secluded thousands of miles high. I’ll tell you one thing, dreamers and thinkers will love this medicine for it’s intoxicating nature! Speaking of nature, this herb would be outstanding hiking outside on a rocky terrain or maybe finding your way through the never ending forest! This is an elite-sativa for it’s character!
Buzz Length: Long. 2 hour with 15 minute comedown.
Overall: I’ve received this same identical strain this past Halloween at a party. While I cannot recollect that night on how I had evaluated the smoke, this batch made up for it on anything I thought that was less than stellar quality. Super Silver Haze has become a highly-praised strain by international standards of it’s unique marvel. I’ll take the opportunity if it may happen to show up once again! –Remmie

Name: Willy Wonka
Genetics: Willy Nelson x Sweet Tooth
From: Private Dealer – Indiana
Grade: B
Type: Hybrid
Price: $300/ounce
Looks: Looks pretty good very dense nugs. A little too dry but has nice purple coloring with green leaves and orange hairs.
Smell: Smell was a little faint until you cracked a nug open then the odor really made itself known. It was like a rush of sweet purplepine cones.
Taste: On the inhale you get the faint pine cone taste and on the exhale you pick up the purple taste, and the after taste sticks in your mouth after smoking.
Buzz Type: Body high with couch lock.
Buzz Length: Short. I smoked a couple of bowls and was alright for an hour or so. Could have been longer but not complaining.
Overall: I felt that this bud had so much more potential. If it was a little fresher maybe, but these genetics, if grown and cured right could make a powerful combination. –midwestbest420

Name: Velvet Kush
From: Reseda Discount Caregivers (Dispensary)
Grade: A
Type: Indica
Price: $60/8th
Looks: Very frosty. Nice contrast between some purple leaves and rich orange hairs.
Smell: Strong Kush smell with a hint of menthol.
Taste: Great fresh green taste with kind after taste.
Buzz Type: One of the best creeper buzz’s I’ve had in a long time. First my forehead got fuzzy which is normal for me. 10 minutes later my eyes got really droopy and my buzz “doubled”.
Buzz Length: Medium. It was close to being long but not close enough.
Overall: A great pure indica with a buzz that takes about 15 minutes to fully kick in after you finish blazing.

Name: Kryptonite
From: Private Dealer – Ontario, Canada
Grade: A
Type: Hybrid
Price: $225/ounce
Looks: The bud formation is wild and all over the place. I can assure you that the main bud is one piece and not a couple of pieces stuck together.
Smell: Like red grapefruit and blueberries. A little bitter. Quite unique.
Taste: Very mild and sweet. Like honey dew melon. Not overpowering like a kush.
Buzz Type: Balanced head/body. Not overpowering on either side.
Buzz Length: Long. 1.5-2hrs. Minimal burnout.
Overall: This is another great strain that I’ve only come across twice. This batch was grown a little better than the last one. –stak
