I've no idea if anyone is going to see this, so I'm kind of just venting to the void but I'm just extremely frustrated with Americans in general at the moment.

If you didn't vote for Kamala Harris because of Palestine, you are unfathomably stupid. If you didn't vote you are the court jester. If you voted for Trump? Any people who die because of him, their blood is on your hands as well.

*sigh* I'm a black trans woman currently living deep in rural Texas. Starting right now my life is in very immediate danger. I'm unsure if I'll be alive by the start of the next year, let alone in 2028. And even if I am, does it matter? I probably won't be able to get hrt soon, and that's if I'm not sent to a men's prison or executed. We probably won't have any more elections. None that matter anyway.

All the talk about "just go to a blue state!" or "just go to a different country!" is unhelpful as well. Are you aware that those things cost money? Something most people are lacking? It frustrates me the same way when people tell me "it won't be that bad! It will never get that bad!" Yes, it can and it probably will.

Gods, I just can't fathom the depths of this nation and it's people's stupidity and selfishness.

1. When my cat Josie meows at me and hops up into my lap to receive pats

2. When my sister and nephews come to visit me

3. Interacting with any of my special interests which currently means Warhammer 40k and Armoured Core

4. Making new OCs, coming up with their backstory and everything

5. This one probably sounds silly, but going out into the forest and placing my hand in running water. It always soothes me and brings a smile to my face

It's like this but 10x more hostile trying to talk about any issues I face as a black trans woman.

poc will make a post about how racism negatively effects them and then white people will reblog the post like "as a white person, and i mean im WHITE WHITE, like im the color of a sheet of paper im so white i burn if im in the sun for 1 millisecond and i can trick people into thinking im a dead ghost im so horrifically white, im also autistic, trans, bisexual, fat, and failed math class in middle school. i know it's important to discuss racism, but also claiming that white people cant face any oppression whatsoever is sooooo hurtful to me and other white people with similar issues </3 im aware im privileged for being white, and trust me, like i said im the whitest person you know like. i dont even like spicy food im so white. but i think it's important to talk about the oppression of EVERYONE, not just people of color ❤ lets make a better world together. this post is sooo important and i respect op sooo much for making it 🙏, but i just think it is important to discuss all the oppression white people can also face and i know this post was specifically about racism but i just felt the need to add my two cents.. also DEAR MY FELLOW WHITE PEOPLE, lets all make sure we listen to poc voices together!!! #fuck racism #just a reminder that being white and having white privilege doesnt invalidate all the other struggles i face ☹ #as a white person who has constantly faced oppression i cant imagine how difficult other people who arent white have it omg"
