I realize I don't post much on Tumblr anymore, but I'm back to reach out to all of you. I've recently started a new magazine for girls with my good friend Freya, and together we're co-editing. It's called Tigress and you can check it out here. It is a one of a kind, collaborative, and creative community in the form of an online magazine. It is a place that allows us to acknowledge each other for who we are: beautiful, strong, quirky, clever, unique, and everything in between. Tigress consists of creative work by girls from all over the world, and we're hoping to provide a magazine filled with great stories, art, advice, and information in the hopes of leaving young girls feeling empowered, accepted, and worthy. Contributing to Tigress will give you an opportunity to be published and share your work with a greater audience, but also to help inspire other girls and join a new and unique community. Please consider contributing to the magazine-- it can be anything: photography, creative writing, thought columns, illustrations, DIY, recipes…. some topics you might consider are friendships, bullying, life skills, sex, feminism, sexuality, women who inspire you, mental illness, politics, music…etc!
