I MADE THE WELCOME HOME CLOCK!

I have to say that this was the thing I really wanted to make ever since I saw it on the website, I had worries on this not working out but I did my best and this is what happened!

Incase anyone is wondering the clock does work (which was another worry 😅) and was made using clay, I’ve just started working with clay and I’m having so much fun making things with it ☺️🍎✨

SIDE NOTE: Should also mention that this is for myself and I’m not selling any of the items I make to do with Welcome Home!!

MY WELCOME HOME - HOME STORAGE BOX

This is probably my last Welcome Home thing I’ll do for a bit but this is the character Home from the Welcome Home website and I turned it into a storage container, I’ve been wanting to this idea for a while now but I didn’t get around to doing it (until now!) and I’m so happy with how it looks! 🍎✨😊 (WALLY LOOKS HAPPY!!)

a project i've had under wraps for about a year that made its debut on twitter - i'm (very slowly) building a 1:1 Wally Darling hand & rod puppet with as many real '60s/'70s & prior components as i can curate, with a few liberties here and there. (the 1960s cardigan's replacement buttons for example are glass & really old, probably 1930s, while the yellow rib piping for the cardigan is modern)

the ascot is a test design & the yellow piping on the sweater is just mocked up with scraps, the real stuff will be sewn on later. doppelganger for scale!! a very interesting challenge so far, i've always wanted to build a puppet but didn't think i had the skill. we'll see!!

stylistically i'm going for something between the precious little "replica" fellow & the wonderful 2D illustrations. (still can't believe i found those pants...)

he himself is not quite, ah, ready for prime time (well. he's currently a terrible skinless foam homunculus; i still have to dye fabric and make a toile for his covering so i can pattern it out fully. gotta get me a big ol' steel dye stewpot) - but. here's hoping i can do justice ‼️

I decided to make to Poppy Partridge Tea Set for myself since I love how the colours look and it’s so pretty, this was time consuming but I’m so happy with the overall look!

I have been having a lot of fun making the different items from the website that I just can’t stop! (in a good way 😅) 🌈🍎✨

Since I had a lot of fun making the Barnaby Spring Toy, I thought I would make some of the other items from the Welcome Home Wishlist in the update!

This time I made the Bug Mobile with the cute little bugs and flower part for the top, I used a lot of felt and hot glue to put all this together (the felt parts for the bugs took ages 🥲) and I’m glad that this is how it came out! 🍎✨🪲

Was messing around on Procreate again!! I love the Filters and such on it! Although I am not very good at positioning my hand whilst I draw, my lines get very Wobbly!!

I Love the update so so much!! (I have cried several times just thinking about it! Haha!) I do think this is a Spoiler for one of the stories.. Wally is such a Sweetheart!! AAH!

It's interesting how Frank doesn't seem to understand how serious the situation is at first. How he interprets "Eddie spent all day feeling useless" as "Eddie had a bad morning." How he doesn't go over to talk to Eddie until Sally specifically seeks him out. This scene at the end feels almost like we're watching the ultimate consequence of Frank keeping Eddie at arm's length for all this time: he isn't there for him until it's far too late. Until Eddie isn't there anymore.

Since the New Welcome Home Update came out I wanted to make that Barnaby Slinky on their site, it took me some days to do it but I just love how it came out, it even works!

The Welcome Home update was so good and I’m so happy for what’s to come next! 🐶🍎✨

I recently drew Frank Frankly and Howdy Pillar from Welcome Home Website since I haven’t drawn them yet and I’m so happy with how they both came out, it took a lot of time but I think it payed off!

I made this drawing with the main characters from the Arg Game ‘Welcome Home’, it took me a few days to work on it but it was worth it, also I’m not a pro artist so there might be flaws 😅✨🎨
