1 year between pictures

I went to the doctor, he called me fat. Weight in : almost + 25lbs of pure fat since quarantine has begun. He told me to try control myself. I have tried several times to get my abs back but wtf I just can't and keep getting fatter.

Yes I am flexing my abs on this pic... But as there is still no way I can do sport again cause of covid I just can't stop getting fat on my body. I don't know how I can stop it...
