OMG, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2's "realistic" medieval mechanics that govern player actions are so masochistic to the point of taxing my every iota of patience. As a lowly peasant, I tried to win a crucial sword duel for honour and got clubbed to death. I tried to raise my status to village hero by slitting the throat of a local thug but that damn fool escaped my grasp and I got clubbed. In my dire poverty, filthy and covered in pig shit after being locked in the pillory for assault, I tried to steal some gold coins to buy new clothes and was caught by the authorities. Guess what clubbened next?? I got clubbed.. 🤬

The scenes between David & Jack in An American Werewolf in London are impeccably shot and brilliant in execution. I wish I was a director. 🐺

At grade 8 music appreciation day I could have played it safe like the other kids with Madonna, Paula Abdul, or Janet Jackson.. but instead I played THIS.. and was branded a social outcast and Satan worshipper for the next 2 years. Emotional scarring aside, at least I was true to my little 💔 at the time. 😵‍💫

My favourite music track in the 1997 original FFVII is "Cries of the Planet" in the Forgotten Capital because it's so eerie, foreboding and foreshadows Cloud following Aerith to her untimely demise. Why did SQUARE ENIX remove exploration in this unforgettable area? Why??? 😭

SQUARE ENIX took my favourite battle theme from 1997 and reorchestrated it into this unfathomable piece of god-tier, melodic euphoria.. 🤩

NieR: Automata (2017) was ahead of its time that elevated gaming into an artform capable of depicting AI, cognitive learning, loss, depression, mental instability and the true power of camaraderie. I'm so pleased ShiftUp collaborated with Square Enix for 2024. 🤖

The one thing I miss from the original Silent Hill 2 (2001) is the stilted voice cast, which gave the game a Twin Peaks aura. The voice actors didn't seem like actors but actual mental patients each seeking their own haven from hell. 💀
