So since that TikTok trend about Dabloons came up on my fyp, I created a Dabloonsona! Here’s Paws, he’s only 9 Dabloons high, and I absolutely love him 😭

Making a major decision regarding my OC’s, since a lot of them I’ve created when I was still in high school, but I’m discarding them, and choosing only 3 of them to keep.

Max, Jasper and Gregory are going to stay. Currently, Max would be the oldest OC, then Gregory, Jasper, and a very new baby of mine, Blaine.

I wanted to redesign all of the other ones, but I just couldn’t make my decisions about them, and how they would translate into humans, so that’s why Max is the only one that got redesigned. Gregory is already a human, so his design is the same, Jasper and Blaine are the newest ones, so they’re the same as well (apart from Jasper not having a mouth anymore xoxnjx)

I remember when people asked me for relationship advice, and the hopeless aromantic romantic I am, I also just told them stuff from romance books I read XD

So I’m aroace and I also identify as a lesbian. I’m currently in a relationship, my very first and possibly my only as this is the only person I’ve ever had feelings for. I read a lot of romance books and fanfics. What is kinda funny to me is when my friends come asking me for relationship advice. Most times, I think and hope, it works, but that’s also cause I pull random tidbits of something I once read. Honestly don’t mind it but is anyone else like this?

Is it strange that I can't comprehend how sex can be fueled by romantic love? I can't understand how sex can be intimate. In my head, it's something completely impersonal. It's like: "I want something from you, and you want something from me. let's make an exchange." I have this idea in my head that people can't have sex while being in love. I know it's not true, obviously, but it's just weird.

I need more aromantic characters.

I want young aros figuring themselves out, I want middle aged and older people who are just understanding what they've been feeling their whole life, I want married people realising why they've always felt different.

I want allosexual aros in stable relationships on their own terms, I want allosexual aros who sleep around and leave broken hearts behind, I want allosexual aros who are always transparent and kind about their intentions.

There are so many ways to portray the identity, and the weird thing is I feel like characters who are allosexual and aromantic exist all around, but the writers either don't realise or don't admit that's what they've written (looking at you, Stuart from Queer as Folk UK).

As Aro myself, I legit always hated that trope so much, it’s just so boring as well, a wasted character imo

my problematic aro opinion of the day is that that trope where romance focused queer media has the one aro character whose main interests are shipping/matchmaking and who exists to provide perfect fixes and advice for the romantic leads then disappear as soon as they’re no longer needed is literally just the gay best friend trope but applied to a different part of the community and it is not, in fact, good representation
