happy canon to the two husbands ever,, two of the constellations in this are boötes (which means herdsman aka cowboy) and vulpecula (fox). vulpecula is meant to be a reference to redtail, whose tail was said to be as red as fox fur. the other ones were made at random idk if they’re real

also they’re meant to be sitting on the roof of the barn i just did not draw it rlly well lol. it’s 5am rn ive been at it for a while ok

oh lasso tool how i love you!!!! this was a piece and a half to do but at least i got around to listening to defunctland’s fastpass video which i highly recommend because it was a treat and a half.

i have so many thoughts about darkstripe. he truly means everything to me. he’s so jesse pinkman mitski dog motif core

his eyes are blue because he’s just a baby. he’s not meant to be an apprentice here i headcanon that tigerclaw was like. around him even when he was a kit. if their ages are off may starclan strike me down

this is also partially inspired by those old medieval royalty paintings but i rlly couldn’t execute it right with the bright colors i chose lol. that was the vision i went into it with tho

on the plus side im rlly happy with the look of the lasso tool. the characters are fallen leaves and jayfeather and this is intended to be one of his flashback time travel thingies. it’s not even meant to be a certain event in particular i just had a vision
