Body Thought
Not taking care of your body is like not walking your dog, or not paying attention to your children.
I want to excersize my body and push it (gently) towards progress. I want to be focused on its growth and allow that to contribute to my overall growth as a human being.  My goal is not to lose weight. Its too gain flexibility, build musle, practice balance. I want to master the art of listening to my body and strengthen my connection to it. I want to meditate to become more intuitive about it and therefore more intuitive about myself, my life and my existense over all.   I want to be on the same team as my body. Like it’s my partner in this life. I think that means not taking my body for granted but also not resenting it for its flaws.
We should try to check in on our bodies, our minds, and the connection between the two often...Much like the way parents are constantly checking in on their children or responsible lovers are constantly checking in on their partner. 
Maybe we should be taking our bodies for walks every day like we take our dogs.
