This picture is from my trip to Cuba. I edited the photo and only left the people in the picture in color because they are the subject of perspective in this picture. This is in a neighborhood in Old Havana. Although many people here are very poor and living in homes that would probably be condemned where I live, they walk around happy and enjoying life. This trip is the one for me that really put a lot of things in to perspective about my own life. Life changing for sure and much appreciated). . . One of the things I’ve appreciated most from all my traveling is the “PERSPECTIVE” that it has given me about various aspects of life. Here’s a list of some of my key takeaways: 1. Whatever it is you have, be grateful for those things 2. The act of selflessness is more internally rewarding than any physical gift you could receive 3. The world is so much bigger than the small space you occupy 4. While I might complain about not being able to afford a certain brand of clothing or shoes, others are grateful to just have these things period 5. Material things or money does nothing for sustaining happiness over the course of a lifetime Just my thoughts from my experiences while traveling...
