I had a dream that we got a season two, the Nomad got a redesign, and he may or may not have been transfem. Either that or he had a sister that looked like this

...hot take: I think Big Jib from ep. 5 should have died. Walk with me here. The episode goes pretty much the same as in canon, but we never see Big Jib get out of the cabin. The other bounty hunters still arrive, and maybe they say something about looking for Jib since he never made it back. Afterwards, it's revealed that the Nomad's bounty has gone up, because he is now wanted for murder, with a cooky undertaker as the sole witness.

Aside from upping the stakes, this also adds a bit of angst, because Skout would most likely hear about this, and then starts the internal conflict of "he wouldn't do that, he was nice to me that one time, it was probably just self defense, but what if he was just pretending to be nice, what if everyone is right and he actually is evil," you get the gist

Ok I was rewatching NoN, and can I just talk about how goddamn inconsistent the Nomad is in terms of physical sensation? Like, he can walk off being thrown around like a ragdoll (ep. 3)[can be excused as cartoon violence], doesn't need to rest (ep 9), and can loose a limb like it's nothing (eps 10 and 12), but he also sleeps (ep 6 and the s1 b promo) [not clear if he needs to or if it's just something he chooses to do], can get knocked unconscious (eps 5 and 9), can feel physical pain (ep 5, 7, and 9), and may or may not be able to feel temperature??? (ep 6). Which one is it my guy???? Can you or can you not feel???

Rooster Teeth Archive Update!

I just wanted to shout out all of the people over at Archive of Pimps who've worked so hard on archiving 21 years of content across the RT site and YouTube channels. With the Rooster Teeth site shutting down in just about a week (on May 15, 2024), and the future of the YT channels unknown, this was a massive undertaking to quickly preserve a metric fuckton of content before it could be lost forever. So much media has been lost because of bad storage practices, lack of foresight, and (most critically) corporate greed, so I seriously applaud those folks for working so diligently to get this done.
