Trust me I understand the frustrations of the pcos symptoms. I’m on here to spread my knowledge and what has worked for me and to hear from some cysters! I will share workouts, recipes, info, etc. Constructive criticism is appreciated

Stop stressing PCOS
Ladies! When you go to see your GYN about your PCOS, I know you’ve all heard them tell you to get on the pill and to cut out a bunch of foods and do this and don’t do that. You don’t have to give up anything or get on anything. They constantly tell you to avoid stress but thinking about what you can’t eat is super stressful and that pill that you have to remember to take is also stressful. Everything is about moderation. If you eat one dairy product a day then you should be fine. If you eat dairy and it immediately makes you stick then why would you want to continue eating it? One thing that I feel has helped me a lot but that I also enjoy is lifting weights, I eat everything in the kitchen sink and as long as I lift weights my body does not go haywire. Stop stressing and find what works for you.

Pcos day 1 million 😩
I’ve been up since 4am. Well I did sleep all day yesterday because this fatigue won’t let up. Right now my face itches and my pimples are so painful. My Hirsutism is back full force so I’ve been walking around with my tweezers but at this point it’s just painful because of the ingrown hairs. I started getting acne again because I messed with my diet. I drank soda for a few days because of the holidays and started eating sweets. I lost all control so now I’m dealing with the consequences. Save me!

Failing
Ugh I’ve been struggling with my pcos. My hair continues to fall out, I’m getting these unwanted bumps on my face and the unwanted hair is growing so fast. I’ve been really unhealthy! Just been full of negative thinking, stress, fears, drinking soda (which I don’t even like) and yeah just all together not taking care of myself. So right now I vow to start my routine all over again...
1. Make my green juices
2. Not wearing a full face of makeup everyday
3. Drink a gallon of water everyday
4. Take my 101 vitamins
5. Figure out how the hell to stop stressing !!!
6. EXERCISE
7. Any ideas?

A day like today
It’s days like today when I wake up wishing I could just stay under the covers. When I look at the mirror and see my hair thinning, hair where there wasn’t any, that lower belly fat that just won’t budge! People will ask when are you having a baby, the next one to be pregnant is going to be you and you just have to laugh and nod your head or make a joke to get everyone off your back. No one sees the behind the scenes. No one sees the constant tweezing, the constant shaving, the millions of pills and vitamins being tested to keep the symptoms away. Everyone is so quick to judge, “you’re always so sad” “you always look mad” “you’re so moody” but no one asks why and if they do they suddenly have a solution for your problem. Seriously I wish it were that easy...

Hiiiiiiii 😊 Today I’m going to take a tiny bit about what worked to clear up my face...
The top row is now. I eat clean and eat a mountain load of greens! Jk I eat about two cups of greens a day. I use to think all that stuff about eating green veggies to control your hormones was all crap but honestly when I became a vegetarian and was eating a lot of veggies my face really cleared up and now that I’m back on mostly poultry and fish, my face has remained clear. No birth control and no spironolactone, only real food!
The bottom row was about two years ago, I was eating things that made me bloat. I had no control over my gut therefore that led to my hormones getting out of control. I was on and off of birth control and spironolactone. I was drinking heavily and eating out EVERY SINGLE DAY (my broke ass thought I was a baller).
Ladies if you’re breaking out I recommend eating a lot of greens and making green juices. Also I just started taking some supplements. Once I see if they help or not, I will post them up here. Always remember that everyone’s body is different whether they have pcos or not. What works for me may not work for anyone else with pcos but thankfully we can do what we want with our bodies and experiment, see what works and what doesn’t work.
