What to wear, what to wear...
Umbria is the only landlocked province in Italy, comprised of valleys of farmland and rolling hills. Saragano is a stone village on top of one of these hills overlooking vineyards, olive groves, and other hillside towns.
September in Saragano is marked by warm, sunny days and breezy, moonlit evenings. Our best advice is to dress for this transition at sunset by employing layers. Blazers and sweaters in wool, linen, cashmere, and their various blends work well.
Umbria is a less formal place than say, Milan or Florence, though traditions still run strong here. No need to wear a full suit on any of the days – suit separates will work just fine. Wear a tie on Friday if you like (ceremony day), but otherwise an open collar will look just great on you.
Below is a color palette inspired by early autumn in Umbria. Also included are a few "looks" for inspiration. Take 'em or leave 'em, these are by no means meant to be prescriptive.
With all that said, what matters most is that you're comfortable and feel like you.
