My reaction to being sick for 2 weeks... has been to binge days worth of Hermitcraft/Life Series videos... and my lil brain spuds have cooked up an Among Us AU...

May or may not post it... it'll likely be in the form of headcanons and short fics... but it could be the key to kicking my brain back into gear...

Existence has just been very hard for the past year (I am of the chronically pained human variety)...

Progress is being made!! albeit very slowly, I must add. That's just what happens when you shove someone of my genetic makeup with a brain that runs milers per minute in front of a keyboard...

Currently working on my two requests and the two stories I soft launched (in a hard launch kind of way) and they'll hopefully be popping out in a couple weeks (or months...)!!

Oops... my hand slipped...

You could feel the harsh sobs wrack his body as your arms wrap securely around him, your hands moving to cradle his neck and head as if you were trying to protect him from the world.

"Do you think it ever gets better?" His question comes out in bits and pieces, syllable after syllable following a rhythm even you had grown to hate, the wibbling and wobbling of his words as they walked along the tight rope that was his current composure

"I think it starts to hurt less," is the only response you can muster up as the cold tiles of his bathroom floor dig into the flesh of your slowly bruising knees, the edge of the tub jutting harshly into your side.

He seems so unlike the boy you know him to be in this moment, all his strength and courage draining from him along with the heat.

"You asked me if I could save you," he mumbles gently into your skin, a mix of your tears and his staining the skin between you like a mosaic of everything that is beautiful and everything that is broken…

"I can't."

hihi!! saw your requests are open and wanted to ask if you could do prompt #21 ("i wish i never met you!" with clancy? probably angsty to maybe fluffy ending if youd want. but reader is helping clancy come up woth his plan to escape dema and they fall in love but reader gets caught by the bishops and is brainwashed to be against clancy and escaping. maybe he tries to break it.

i hope this isnt to confusing. keep up the amazing work btw <333

Oops... I fell onto my keyboard...

Your eyes remain glued to the cracked ground as you walk away from him, the sound of his beat-up vans hitting the concrete sidewalk rattling along the inside of your skull as he follows you.

One step. Two steps. Four steps. Eight steps. His pace continues to match perfectly in time with yours until you can't take it anymore, furiously whipping around to face the person who just can't seem to cut their losses.

"Stop following me."

"Not until you tell me why they call you that," he breathes out, his words tumbling over themselves in a panic as he tries desperately to pivot the conversation in a direction where you don't demand that he leaves.

"Why won't you just accept that that's what everyone calls me?" Your question comes out softer than you expected, your voice sounding hollow as the layers of defeat pile up in your throat as if to choke you.

"Because I... I just... can't." The words halt you in your tracks but he keeps going, as if he can't stop, "it's cruel, what they call you. They all know it, they're just too cowardly to say anything about it. I'm not. Different doesn't mean bad. Different doesn't mean monster. Different doesn't mean freak."

The blood beneath your skin boiled as you stormed down the hill, the dead leaves crunching beneath your feet as if screaming out a warning to the one who you were dead set on finding.

The distinct thrum of your heart sounded like war drums as it resonated blaringly within your ears. Thump. Thump. Thump.

As you squinted your eyes against the glare of the sun, you could just barely make out the figure who stood at the edge of the gravelly bank, the perk little "cat" ears that you had sewn so carefully onto that old ski mask sticking straight up at the sky.

You screamed so deafeningly that the word needed to bounce off the walls of the canyon surrounding you before it crawled it's way back...

Yep... my obsession with TOP has bled from their music into the lore of Clancy, Torchbearer, Dema, and Trench... I hope you also enjoy this contribution to the lack of TOP fanfictions we currently have!!

The lore of Trench and Dema are still shrouded in shadow... so until Tyler Joseph comes out about the true lore... I am operating under the belief that after the original Clancy commits vialism, Tyler takes on the mantle of Clancy to continue his legacy.

Updates will be slow because I've put so much time into the planning of this story and every chapter needs to be as perfect as it can be... I'll post little blurbs/sneak peeks every so often!!
