funny how i've always blamed my mom for the way i grew up feeling unloved but what i never did was take a deep look at myself and ask myself what would i have if i was in her position. because now i am old enough to realize that i have turned out pretty much just like her. i do feel a lot of empathy towards others. and im sure she does too. but neither of us know how to express it. the amount of lives i could have changed by this time if i just knew what to say or what to do to support others during tough times
