Hey, Old Man. Trick-or-treat~.

“Trick or treat, huh? That’s one of those human traditions ain’t it?” He questions softly, before chuckling.

“Alright alright. I ain’t got any candy or nothin’ for ya, but.. I can definitely give ya a treat~”

And with that, Zaveid moves closer, a smirk planted on his face as he reaches out, gently taking Yuri’s chin and tilting it upwards. He leans in, and whispers…

“…I’ll make ya any sweets ya want. I’m the best chef you’ll find around.” He then pulls back, laughing at his own attempt at teasing the other. Payback for the ‘kick me’ sign.

Accidentally bumps his hand against Zavied's bum, placing a quick 'kick me' sign. It would have been nice if he actually wore a shirt so he wouldn't have to resort to touching his behind, but he acts casual. "Whoops, sorry about that." He shrugs it off. "I was gonna ask if you wanted some fruit parfait." Man, he really hopes he hadn't noticed.

Well well, Zaveid certainly hadn't expected that from Yuri of all people-- the guy seemed one to shake his head at such acts, or atleast ignore them, but his surprised expression quickly fades into one of a smirk.

"Hoho? Nice excuse~ you just wanted to touch these buns huh?" He teases with confidence, gently elbowing the other.

"I got all the perfect fruit ya need right here!" He points a thumb at himself.

It was a nice thing to do to leave seraphim offerings, right? Well, offering or not, Yuri leaves behind a nice bowl of drago stew just for Zav. He's been meaning to try out the recipe, but now it was time for him to take his leave before Zavied came back.

He was actually surprised to find someone had left him an offering. As a wandering and free spirit, he had never really settled down in one place long enough to leave a blessing, nor recieved any kind of gifts or offerings. He couldn't say it was something he yearned for-- he liked how he lived now, but the gesture still warmed his heart a little.

It smelled delicious too, and as a fine cook himself, he could say so far he didn't have any complaints.

"Somethin' for me, huh?" He chuckles, taking a spoonful of the stew and tasting it.

The taste was just as good as the smell, he had to say.

"My compliments to the chef! Woulda been alot tastier with good company and a stiff drink though~" he muses aloud, juuust incase said 'chef' was still in hearing range.

A little quieter though, he mutters a 'thank you', before continuing to eat.

"Run away? Me?...Wouldn't dream of it. Not very manly if you ask me." He chuckles and shrugs, easily shaking off the other's concern, avoiding the subject at hand-- thus proving Yuri right, in a way.

He wouldn't be able to run for much longer if it was so easy to see through him like this.

"I'll be fine, don't you worry your purple little head over it alright?" He reaches a hand out, ruffling said purple head roughly.

"there are just moments where you seem sad. that's all."

"That so? Then I guess I'd better start takin' my role of lightening things up a little more seriously, eh?" He chuckles, before falling silent, a look of contemplation on his features.

"--is what I'd like to say."

"We've all got somethin' in our past that sticks with us, no matter where we go. I'm sure you've got that too, eh Sheppy? Best we can do is keep smilin' despite the bad moments."

Zaveid is always third wheel but I think he really wants to be a big brother figure to Sormik so I think it’d be nice if Sorey and Mikleo paid attention to him a lil bit ; u ;

“Alright new best friends, just leave your snacks to the Great Zaveid! I’ll cook up anything ya like!”

He sends a wink to Rose.

“Any special requests for the lovely lady?”
