What a difference!!!!

Back in 2015 when I started to put the plan together for the coffee truck, I made the mistake of going to Larry Perez and Denver custom food trucks. I was green and didn’t know better and I paid way too much for a horrible product.

Lesson learned and five years later I have finally upgraded the truck and so far it’s gorgeous. I still have some work to do and have to fix the graphic on the right side but otherwise it’s coming along nicely and I can’t wait to get her back up and running I’m hoping to be open by the end of March or early April at the latest.

I have long meant to dive deeper in to this chart. When I did my first cupping, this was on the table for guests and it helped me quite a bit. If you genuinely want to develop your palette, print this or have it handy next time you try that super spendy, single origin with your morning noms. ;)

Some early designs I’m working on for the business. I love my logo, but have wanted a more illustrative icon to incorporate in to branding.

The drop shadow works on the full, round version, but am taking it off the half circle one.

Oh man...haven’t made the cold-foam in a while. It’s so simple and creamy. Just pulverize some non-fat milk with an emulsion blender. I’m going to experiment with vanilla and simple syrups.
