Series Synopsis: Four teen girls from Kamurocho, Tokyo are gifted powers of strength, madness, light and judgement from the legendary Yakuza in order to protect their city from dark forces of evil.

Episode 1: Suzume and the Dragon

Summary: Suzume Hashimoto, a vagrant girl from the Sunflower Orphanage comes to Kamurocho seeking fresh heads to bust. However she runs into the spirit of Kiryu Kazuma, the Dragon of Dojima. As she struggles to settle down in Kamurocho, she learns that maybe she doesn't need to do it alone.

Episode 2: The One-Eyed Demon Girl

Summary: At school, Suzume runs into Junko Date, a manic homeless girl with a loud personality and a love for sharp objects. Much to Suzume's dismay, Junko ends up being much more important than she initially gave her credit for.

Episode 3: Like A Dragon (Quest)!

Summary: In the quest to find another Yakuza girl, Suzume and Junko run into Kaiyo Yoshino, an awkward otaku, at the arcade. Even though Kaiyo seems to see life as a game, is she willing to accept the quest to become a legendary hero?

Episode 4: Judgement Lost is Judgement Denied

Summary: Impressed by the selfless strength of Ibuki Hinata, a supposedly spoiled girl from the upper sides of Kamurocho, the trio seek her out as a possible Cure Yakuza candidate. Wanting to know more, the trio decide to hang out with Ibuki and learn about her not-so-perfect house life.

feel like we don't talk enough about the fact that shen qingqiu was fully prepared to die in the invasion of cang qiong to save his disciples, and not just in terms of without-a-cure. when he challenged sha hualing to a palm strike, he expected to die, his exact thoughts were "with this one strike, he'd ensure there were no winners", and he went in expecting his body to self destruct before liu qingge showed up.

it's such an important piece of characterization because shen yuan is often ranting in his head about "surviving at any cost" and "cheating his way out of it", but when he's actually faced with any kind of danger, his very first reaction is to protect the people around him with his life, without hesitation.
