Personally, if something like this were to happen, where Homelander was put into the Supernatural universe but it wasn't really like a MERGING of universes, I think Homelander would still have his powers, but instead of coming from the Compound V, he'd be "blessed by the gods" since we see multiple pantheons in the Supernatural universe.

I don't think he'd be able to curb his whole sociopathic rampages and would likely attract the attention of the Winchesters very quickly. Homelander would probably still view himself as a God, above the puny mortals that plague the streets, so I'm not sure he'd really care about keeping up appearances like he has to do when he's literally America's favorite hero.

In the end, I definitely think Sam and Dean and Cas would be able to take him out. But I don't think they'd try to do it in the normal us vs then way that they tend to take on vamps and demons and other creepy crawlies. I think that Castiel would most likely be tasked with distracting Homelander while Sam and Dean hunted the gods and goddesses that blessed Homelander, and then shoot over a prayer to Cas once they thought Homelander would be susceptible enough to Castiel's angel mojo. Which probably wouldn't take long at all, because Cas is badass.

I love Sam bc he is so careful and polite and u can watch him put on his little 'I am a trustworthy young man who is so normal and good at socializing' mask when talking to witnesses ooh sympathetic nod hand on the shoulder. But he is SUCH A JUDGY BITCH. someone says something he finds yucky and he makes his patented little chihuahua face of disdain before tucking it away under his bland civil platitudes but every so often he will just toss out the read of the century like it's nothing to him. sam is fucking 6'4, covered head to toe in scars, went to hell and back (like, three times??), weighs like 200 pounds of pure muscle, has weird ass tattoo on his chest, fights like a professional, carries around about 3 diferent weapons on him

the only thing "little" on him is his title of "little brother" (if you know what i mean *wink wink*) and everytime i see people geniuely treating him as a clueless little baby who has to rely on his big brother to breathe it pisses me off so much because its just not like that

dean relies on sam much more than sam relies on dean (hence why he had a tantrum when he learned that sam could live without him) which is not necessarily a bad thing but you guys dont know how to read characters and it makes me mad
