my otterbox phone case decided to start self destructing yesterday. very inconvenient. new ones are expensive (apparently cheaper on amazon but i aint buyin from them) so i guess i gotta figure out how to keep this fucking thing intact until i have the money to put towards a proper case tho i am kind of not wanting another otterbox. pretty sure me or my parents had them years ago for other phone models and they were a lot better quality but like everything was better quality years ago. the quality of things is just gettin shittier every year man

yea so. I got the warranty replacement order from otterbox today. they sent me the entirely wrong case. it's for a google pixel too so I can't even use it....time to enter the customer service gauntlet....

Isn't it fucking insane that so many people think that IQs are real. Like people genuinely believe you are born with one set level of intelligence that can be measured on a scale from 1 to ~200. As if intelligence wasn't extremely nuanced and completely subjective. And the fact that the majority of scientists that have advocated for IQ tests in the past have been eugenicists doesn't seem to concern anyone either

working at the bookstore for 3 years has altered my perception of physical media. you guys need to start buying DVDs again. they're so cheap and you don't have to make a hundred accounts and Google which one of those accounts actually has the movie
