Tragedy! As our taxi cab, was leaving the night market, we got struck by a scooter driver head on. The scooter turned into our lane and her bike hit the front of the car and fell over. Pedestrians helped her move to the side. I think she will be ok because we were moving very slow because of the traffic, and our cab driver braked to a stop before she struck the car.

My 5th boba (milk tea with pearls). Stinky tofu from the stand was extra good with the toppings. Not as stinky as I thought it would be!
Fried salted mushrooms were delicious! Roxy also found a cotton candy artist, and bought a duck.

The night market in Taichung right next to a local university, so it's always busy even on a Wednesday night. Puffed yam balls 50NT, and tacoyaki spicy seafood balls, also 50NT.

Our outing back in the Taichung Top City mall includes a Japanese curry lunch fitted with a diced cabbage salad, miso soup and hot tea. Roxy claimed french fries are different, so we got McDonalds. They weren't, but the chocolate was better on the ice cream!

Watching Exodus at the mall theater! The package includes a bucket of caramel popcorn (comes in a real bucket), a drink (with santa-stuck-in-chimney), a couple of nice Lindt chocolates, an oatmeal cookie and even a hot quiche!

The process includes a cold water bath and a hot natural spring water bath. 3-5 minutes in each before you switch. This is suppose to be very good for your blood circulation. Our natural spring water had more "minerals" in it
