you gotta get more comfortable being fat and being attracted to fat people. draw fat people ever. fitness as value, thinness as virtue can't end soon enough. the world is full of them and it's fucking crazy to cut so many different, infinite types of people out of your life, your future, your vision. how good is your art if you can't draw some god damned fat people? how good is your writing if fat people don't feature, if you have no idea how to describe them? your work is not brave if you can't depict fat people. bores me to tears. and do not tell me it's hard. it's not hard. you spent your life learning to draw thin people because you like that more, what's hard is not drawing/writing fat people but humanising/valuing them outside of art. what's hard is living in a world where fat people are demeaned from every conceivable angle.

you know how like, how you Feel being trans, how good it feels, how real you feel, is in some part dependent on how others perceive you— like how, for example, sex is grandly improved by being seen and adored for exactly what you are? dignity and respect and interest and lust in equal measure? imagine that but for everyone else too. and honestly if you're trans, gwan be fat. it's good for you.

new thing I learned today: humans intentionally introduced a bunch of trout to rivers in Chile in the early 1900s and messed up the ecosystem so fly fisher people could go play fish or something. which sucks. then later they found out that the trout really like eating these small endemic freshwater hermit-crab-cousin guys called Aegla. so there was a proposal in the 1970s to introduce Aegla into California to screw up THAT ecosystem, so fisher people could go play fish even more over there. but then it turned out that the normally detritovore Aegla will absolutely 100% just turn into a predator and eat the baby trout if given half a chance. this could have turned out really bad, but luckily crabs can do whatever they want, including burrowing into the invasive trout nests to eat their eggs. I'm proud of them

I know we are all used to hear bad news from the USA or UK when it comes to trans rights but this time Germany wants to play in the same league.

Our idiots at home ministry came up with the fucking idea to start a register for all transgender and nonbinary people which would mean every person working at some public position could always at any given time see your assigned gender at birth, your deadname, your address and who knows what else.

We had been there in the past. Hitler Germany called it the "Travestite Law" back then. Our politicians didn't learn.

We all know this is unacceptable.

Please, if you are German, sign it. If you are not, spread it wide and far.
