A budding northern Florida feral cat rescue. I socialize and find homes for feral cats as well as foster friendly cats in need. I work for minimum wage, so any help is appreciated.

I apologize for the lack of content the past couple days. For whatever reason, my queue completely disappeared, so the pictures that were supposed to post automatically each day didn't.

Today is litter change day!
Here's a picture so you guys can get an idea of the amount of poop I have to scoop.

And I have to scoop each of these twice a day.

Apparently I have "cat lady" written on my forehead. Either that or word has spread that I take in strays.
Went to the pet store to get a head harness for Ace and a guy walks in with a box of five kittens. I, of course, ask if I can pet them. He says yes and asks if I would take them, because he knows nothing about cats.
Apparently he had gone to the beach and found them crying in the brush.

Update on Ivy!
She has now become close friends with Cujo, so she seems to be okay with dogs once she gets to know them. Or it could just be hormones making her super friendly. We shall see.
Meet Ivy!

Sweet mama cat!
She is another from the local colonies. She showed up pregnant, but the lady who took care of her doesn't believe in spay/abort, so she was going to be allowed to have her kittens outside. I said that I would take her and give her a safe place for her babies.
She's a lovebug who just wants attention and food.
She'll be looking for a home as soon as her kittens are weaned. She does well with kids and other cats, but doesn't like dogs.

Meet Sandy!

A sassy siamese!
She belonged to a friend of mine who passed away. She spent some time in what I thought was her forever home, however they ended up abandoning her in a feral colony. Luckily they never changed her microchip information and the colony care-taker took her to be scanned. The vet contacted me and I went to go get her. After talking to her "owners", they revealed that they decided that she was too loud after a year and a half and dropped her off.
She is looking for her forever home with someone with no other pets. She dislikes dogs, cats, and kids.

Meet Domino!

A reoccurring rascal!
Domino has returned after her adoption, to no fault of her own. Her adopters broke the contract, so I took her back. They not only allowed her to roam outside, but they weren't making sure she ate enough, so she lost a lot of weight.
She is looking for her true forever home. She does well with kids, other cats, and dogs.

Meet Kitt!

Sweet but skittish.
She came from a home where her owners became allergic. I offered to foster her and find her a home, and they agreed.
She's very shy, but gets along with other cats. She does not like dogs.

Meet Flower!

She came from the colonies and is a bit more skittish than the others I've taken in from them.
She is very sweet and loves attention however she just has to get over her fear of people.
She is in quarantine right now, but once she's been treated for fleas and had her checkup, she will be available for adoption.

We have moved!
After a long time in a small trailer, I've finally been able to move into an actual house!
It is much bigger and will give a lot more room for the cats, as well as a quarantine room for new cats. I will now be able to help a lot more cats at once, as space was the main concern in the old place. Vet bills are still a concern, though.

Exciting news!
I've just partnered with a couple of ladies who do TNR in my subdivision!
They will be helping me get my fosters fixed and I will be helping them find homes for cats in their colonies.

If you haven't seen the first post I made, this is the new blog for @feral-friends
My phone got stolen, and I couldn't remember the email that I had used for my blog.
I'm back now, and will hopefully get back to a bit of a schedule again, but I would like to update everyone on what's been going on since I disappeared.
I have taken in more cats: Pollywog, Annie, Odin, Orion, Ursa Major, Ursa Minor, Leo, Milo, Domino, Granny, Josh Jr., Jupe, Toddy, Sandy, Batman, Joshua, and Spotty.
A few cats have sadly passed away due to a horrible incident; Annie, Odin, and Asher. Opie has also passed.
Rocky has had to be rehomed. For whatever reason, he decided that the smaller animals in the house were something to hunt, despite being raised with them and showing no previous signs of aggression. I came home after work one day to a massacre. He had chased down and killed the aforementioned cats and Opie. He is now living with a neighbor who has another dog and no small animals or cats.
On a brighter note, Marcy, Domino, and Spooky have found homes!

Meet Nirvana!

A ferocious feral!
He took up residence under my house, so I set out a trap with tuna. After multiple times of him eating the bait and getting away, he was finally caught and brought inside!
He's still really skittish, but allows pets from time to time.
He is looking for a quiet home, preferably with other cats he can learn from.
