SELF AND THE NATURAL WORLD

Thousands of years ago "MAN" ( used here to identify the "human species") was DEEPLY interconnected - Naure AND THE SELF - mainly in order to survive!

NATURE provided food, shelter, clothing and MAN KNEW this through his self-awareness and thought/acted accordingly - banded together to live more effectively, efficiently and safely; worked WITH Nature IN GRATITUDE, HUMILITY AND HUMBLENESS

THERE WAS BALANCE AND HARMONY and THE LIGHT GREW!

BUT.............

Then MAN started thinking with the EGO and started to see HIMSELF as BETTER THAN, MORE POWERFUL, SMARTER

MAN began to value HIMSELF MORE than Nature, believing that HE could control Nature, make it do what HE wanted!

NO MORE "Living WITH Nature"!!!!!!!!!!! CONTROL it instead!!!

HE began to create RELIGIONS based upon HIS OWN IMAGE that validated HIS POWER AND CONTROL OVER NATURE AND OTHER MEN!

HE began to create 'classes' of MEN - some HE was subservient to and some he had Power over.

HE began to create more and more false 'sensual pleasures' at the expense of Nature and of other MEN.

SOME EVEN began to "sell THEIR Souls" in search of even more.

AND THE LIGHT KEPT GETTING DIMMER...............

SO............NOW WHAT!???????

Like any seed,

You start WITHIN, you start with yourSELF

You get back in touch with your HEART AND YOUR LIGHT WITHIN

HOW?

Drop your Ego into a "parking space" in your Mind

GET Back in touch with NATURE WITH HUMILITY, NOT EGO!

GIVE YOURSELF DAILY TIME TO GO WITHIN

BE HERE NOW/BE NOW HERE" (see a few Posts ago)

Reconnect yourSELF to that which REALLY Matters:

................YOUR LIGHT within YOU!!!

When do YOU CONNECT WITH YOU??????

WHEN DO YOU GIVE YOURSELF "YOU-TIME"?

DO YOU at all??????

Or do YOU just follow what you're 'programmed' to do, say, think

respond to......?????????

IF you have ANY DESIRE to make something better of your Life,

YOU need to DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!!!!!!!!!!!

YOU are operating on what the "Subconscious Mind" tells you which is anything and everything to "KEEP YOU SAFE based upon your PAST!

It will set up your "FUTURE" based upon everything that has already happened!

Example: Your parents always argued if you ever asked for something that gave you pleasure- like a model kit, or a skateboard or?..... so if you ever asked for anything, that anger would be directed at YOU maybe with physical threats or at least name-calling!

So, Now, to keep you safe, your Mind will not allow yourself anything 'fun or good' to come your way........it may get you 'in trouble' with whomever: your Partner, your Parents (still ) yourSELF, your friends......you keep yourself "below radar" to be safe.

SO HOW CAN YOU CHANGE THIS??????????

BY GETTING IN TOUCH WITH YOU!

Find a quiet place where you can just relax and CENTER into yourself!

Take a few deep breaths and then slowwwwwwwwwww your breathing: 3 in... hold 3... let out 3... hold 3... inhale3,...for a few minutes consciously watching your breath.... See your Heart-rate drop....concentrate on "THE HERE AND NOW".......this drops you into the "THETA Brain Wave Pattern" where you can now connect with YOUR MIND and work on programming different patterns into your Neural Pathways that are more positive, uplifting, Light-centered and NOW-based in POSITIVITY.

There are many GOOD Discussions by experts on what and HOW you can program YOUR MIND differently to release yourself from the past fear-based programs!

Dr. Joe Dispenza is a GREAT one on YouTube. A Physicist who became well known with the movie,"Down The Rabbit Hole" (about the 'Matrix')

But, you say, "I don't have time!

MAKE TIME BECAUSE YOUR HAPPINESS IN LIFE DEPENDS UPON IT!

GIVE SOMETHING TO YOURSELF!!!!!

Sometimes simple phrases have the DEEPEST MEANINGS!

Back in the late 60's early 70's a Doctor of Psychology, Dr. Richard Alpert, transformed himself into a Teacher named "Baba Ram Das" and wrote a book with that phrase as it's title.

It is THE "Book of the Hippie Movement" but it is also timeless!

Our society is based upon distraction and illusion....taking you away from the "Here and Now" vial all sorts of methods:

Technology

Programming - Media, Social Media, Advertisements

Music

Food

ALL to keep you focused upon SOMETHING ELSE that THEY can supply to you.......AT A COST, of course!!!

THIS IS CONSUMERISM/GREED/CONTROL/MANIPULATION!!!

Here...............your present outer and inner state of Being

ONLY when you ARE can you clear and shift HERE for your Future.

IE: Can you drive your car from the passenger seat? NO! YOU must

BE in the Driver's Seat to direct your LIFE from NOW onward

UNIVERSAL MESSAGES/DISCERNMENT

On YouTube, there are many "Teachers/Spiritual Gides. etc" who have Chennels with ALL SORTS of messages...... Some are verbal, some are music infused, some are 'lectures', some are several people discussing various Spiritual Topics some are "Energy Healers" like Reiki or Crystal-users...

AND THAT"S SUPER!!!!!!!

I listen to and/or watch many every week! BUT........

You must use your Heart/Discernment to see which ones are "RIGHT" for you!!

What is "Discernment"??? It is your ability to use your Mind and Heart together to accurately see beyond the ordinary meaning. Some call this a "Gut Feeling" about something or someone.

Many are now begining with the phrase," If you are seeing this video right now, God/the Universe is trying to reach you..." This is a great way to 'tag' viewers and it CAN be accurate...

NOW ... I'M NOT SAYING THESE ARE FAKE OR FALSE!!!!!

And I believe that many Teachers are correct when they say,"Nothing is coincindence. Messages, numbers, introductions, etc. are coming to you for a reason".

BUT......

You need to 'check-in' with your Heart using Discentment to check if what is being presented to you is THE BEST for you!

And when youtry something new. OBSERVE what your Discernment is telling you - are you feeling anxious? troubled? uplifted? nformerd? Did it give you an "Ah HA" Moment?

ALL of these things you can find on the Internet CAN be GREAT "TOOLS" to help you become more aware of "who you are' and where you want to go in your Life.....

BUT as I stated in the last Blog, BE AWARE and OBSERVANT...Take what serves you best and leave the rest.

As a Teacher for the "Church" for over 30 years, he was asked to translate the Old Testament EXACTLY. Yet, when he DID, he was caste from the Church for 'not telling them what THEY wanted to hear!' So, now he has gone public. As he has shown: "The BIBLE is NOT about God!"

With the world in such a state of turmoil, there are many ways that the "Dark" are doing all THEY can to control the information you receive about YOU! Information that belittles YOU and makes you feel "less than" the GOD-CREATED BEING that you are! At Home...last Winter

TOOLS/WORDS & Words as TOOLS part 1

The word "Tools", for me, came to describe 'things you do' for yourself to keep you Centered, in Harmony and connected to your Higher Self. We all know what'words' are, but are you aware the POWER words have? In Christian Scripture, "God" SAID, "Let there be LIGHT!" and there was LIGHT!

Pretty POWERFUL stuff, right?

Now, in the Viking Era, little was written down as THEY believed that THE POWER of the "spoken word" was of most imprtance. If one spoke an OATH, it was considered Sacrosanct and basically "Law" if you wanted your reputation to be unblemished and Trustworthy.

In the NEW Testament, Master Jesus used the phrase "I AM" very powerfully as He knew how Powerful those two words really are.

And yet, how carelessly we use those two words now: "I am sick"; "I am depressed"; "I am lonely"; "I am worthless"!

NO WONDER SO MANY PEOPLE ARE DEPRESSED, LONELY, SICK AND FEELING WORTHLESS!

AFFIRMATIONS are verbalized "TOOLS" that are POSITIVE and are stated outloud several times/day for a number of weeks to help RE-program your Subconscious Mind to think, act and react to NOW in a more supportive and positive manner.

Sometimes, it takea a while for Affirmations to work because your Mind's Programming has been "believed" for so many years - since childhood even! The Mind (mainly subconscious) has a hard time sometimes thinking forward without comparing what is being told to you now compared to what you WERE told in the past.

Fortunately, we now have the 'technology' to speedup our REprogramming: we have subliminal programming that bypasses the thinking/Conscious Mind and goes right into the 'subconscious Mind to alter old beliefs and programs that no longer serve your Highest Good.

You can find such 'technologies' (Tools?) on some YouTube Channels, and there are "Subliminal program CDs" available in many Spiritual Shops - one wonderful Creator of these is a woman named Kelly Howell. Her company is called "BrainSync". I have been using her CDs for years and they have been very effective!

You can also look into "Solfeggios" - specific TONES that have been used for Centuries for Healing - Mentally, Emotionally, Physically and Spiritually. Again, you can find these on YouTube in the form of "Channels" where specific tones are embedded into pleasant backgroud music that can alter your Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and even Physical state! A few I have tried are: Simply Hypnotic, Power Thoughts Meditation Club, and Maitreya Fields.

Have you heard the phrase "You are creating your own REALITY!"??

This is NOT just something popular to banter around to be "Cool"!

If you are seeing the same number or numbers multiple times you may be being shown something to look as you create your own Life. If you want to get an idea of what those number mean try searching 'JoanneSacredScribes' and look up the numbers under "Angel Numbers" on her site..........you MIGHT just learn more about how you are directing your Life and how to make it better!

If you have been in a 'rut' of negative, downward thinking..

YOU CAN ALTER THAT AND GET OUT OF THE RUT!

Here's a good idea (a TOOL if you will): Try each day to OBSERVE YOURSELF as you go through your day. Try to take ONE STEP back and see how you handle/work with each situation you come across. THEN.......before you go to sleep that night, go over what you observed of yourself WITH AS LITTLE JUDGEMENT AS POSSIBLE!! See how you could have done something different that would have given you a better more Positive/Harmonious outcome...

AND THEN, MAKE THE CHOICE TO TRY THAT APPROACH NEXTIME A SIMILAR SITUATION COMES UP FOR YOU.

YOU CAN DO THIS IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOURSELF FOR A MORE POSITIVE/HARMONIOUS NOW AND FUTURE!!!!!!!!

What you doin’ w/ ur ENERGY?

 If you didn’t have any “Energy” you wouldn’t be alive, right?

So, where are you getting your ENERGY????

Many people, ESPECIALLY these days, TAKE their ENERGY from other people:

GF/BF

Parents

Friends

Even strangers

In the form of :Passive/Agressive Behavior, Overt Sympathy (tell everyone you know about your problems), Anger, Violence, Judgemental Behavior, Fighting - verbally or physically.

It’s all a form of CONTROL!!!!

Look at many Leaders of Countries

Look at  some Bosses

Look at your relationships!

When you look at an attractive person, do you realize that your ATTITUDE MAY be “TAKING ENERGY” from that person? Are you feeling any respect for that person and THEIR ENERGY at that moment? It is YOUR Choice!

What you are doing when you TAKE is being an “Energy VAMPIRE”!!

And it is NEVER Satifying! You always want more!

Why? Because you’re TAKING ENERGY from another living being and NOT allowing the Universe to give to you!!!!!

THIS IS NOT HOW THE UNIVERSE WORKS!

You/Me/We are supposed to be open to the GIFT of ENERGY FROM THE UNIVERSE DIRECTLY!

Have you ever taken a hike in the mountains or Plains and just marveled at the PEACE? How GOOD it feels? How ENERGIZING IT IS? THAT is Mother Earth/the Universe GIVING ENERGY to YOU!!!!!!!

When you eat, do you do so ‘slamming it down your throat’ while watching TV or chatting with friends?

 Do you even stop to think that MAYBE you’re ignoring the ENERGY being given to you by the food???

 Do you even THANK THE UNIVERSE for what you’re eating???

Do you even THANK YOUR BODY for what it goes through to process your food to give you ENERGY???

It is of VITAL IMPORTANCE that you alter how you see ENERGY; how you receive ENERGY.... your Life and the Life on this planet depends upon it

There is a great book written in the 90′s called “The Celestine Prophecies” that deals with ENERGY and how we need to get back to our CONNECTION WITH THE UNIVERSE to HEAL ourselves, others and our Mother Earth. It is also in movie-form on YT but I was more impressed with the book. It seemed clearer in its descriptions.

Well, you can build a house, a home for your dog, or you can tear a house apart. break glass, hurt someone

Same goes with other TOOLS!

Your MIND for instance; You can build yourself up or support someone else using another TOOL - your WORDS. OR you can tear someone or yourself down.

LOOK AT THE WORLD AROUND YOU!!!!

WHAT IS BEING BUILT AND WHAT IS BEING TORN DOWN?

TOPSY-TURVY

 THAT’S WHAT THE WORLD LOOKS LIKE, RIGHT???

 There  is an author named Chris Prentiss who wrote a wonderful “workbook” titled,”For Once In Your Life”. 

 I was ‘guided’ to that book when it first came out and did the best that I could to WORK the book as I was directed. The basic ‘jist’ of the book is:   “Life follows youor Beliefs”. If you wake up on a morning and say to yourself.” Body and Mind,  I am choosing this day to be a very smooth day.” That sets my Intention.

MORNING INTENTIONS ARE VERY IMPORTANT!

Then, I do my best to OBSERVE my thoughts and feelings, making sure that they are working my Morning Intention into each second....... If thingscome up that SEEM to alter my plans I do my best to see them as NON-COINCIDENTS and then ask my Self what this is to show me or teach me right at that moment.

I try to look at the most positive side of each occurance rather than instantly get annoyed, frustrated or angry.

This is like a Master Martial Artist who can adapt instantly to the moves of his or her opponent and FLOW with it all.

 In my meditations every day, I try to put my ‘vision’ out there as to how things can become more Balanced and Harmonized., world-wide. I see the Forces of Light overcoming the Forces of Darkness and more people SEEING this! I see more people practicing more “Critical Thinking”.........

THIS HOW THE LIGHT WINS - BY SETTING YOUR PERSONAL INTENTIONS in the Light for YOUR daily world, and then letting THAT expand to every person you meet. 

REMEMBER!!! As we are all ‘One” on this planet your positive transformation can influence over 1200 others you may never meet or have any physical contact with! Just as others can help YOU!

EVER HEARD OF IT?????????

HAVE YOU EVER USED IT??????????

 If you’ve ever read any postings on a Social media platform such as TikTok  you may have seen a massive ABSENCE of it being used!!!!!!

As a former Biologist/Chemist, I was taught CT as a means to come to proper conclusions about many areas: Environmental, Botanical, Chemical Analysis...

Yet it is a mental process that can......and SHOULD..... be used whenever you are given information stated as “factual” but with no supportive data to back what you are told is “Truth”.

There are those in Power who do NOT want you to question their Authority or their versions of “Facts”! They will even try to give you FALSE fact-checking to validate their position. As I have said all along in this Blog - make up YOUR OWN MIND After doing your own research using more “neutral” Channels.

Where do you find these “Neutral channels”?

Try Search Engines like Ecosia or Neeva. Unfortunately, ‘Duck Duck Go’ which USED TO BE a more open-sourced Search Engine was purchased by Google and along with that came all of the biases of Google. It’s not a “Balanced Platform” anymore.

So, what I’m trying to get across to you is: 

1. Do your own research.

2. Check THAT source if you can - be your OWN fact-checker”. See who OWNs that “source”. They may very well have an Agenda much different than you think.

3. Do NOT trust the “Powers That Be” to give you “UNBIASED INFORMATION”.

4. Do NOT trust the Mainstream Media to give you “UNBIASED INFORMATION”.

5. To your own self be True! Make up YOU’RE OWN MIND!

6. TRUST YOUR INNER YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AGAIN....IT’S BEEN A WHILE.....

 I HOPE YOU ARE ALL DOING WELL, STAYING SAFE AND PRACTICING BEING “CENTERED WITHIN YOURSELF”.

As for ME, I’ve been finding a connection to part of my Ancestry I have only ‘glanced at’ for most of my Life.

This is the discovery of my Swedish Heritage as a Viking! Along with this came the research into the Religious Beliefs of the People of that Period. 

Have you ever had an “odd” experience that seems to support some decision you have made? a validation, perhaps?

 I  had just closed my business for the day and had turned the corner to enter a cross-street.........as I did I was confronted with 15-20 Ravens, standing on both sides of the street as well as in it half-way down the block. Knowing that Ravens were a significant bird in Norse Theology, I drove through them slowly. None flew out of my way. All simply hopped or flitted out of the way of my car as I drove through them. I said “Hello” to all of them and thanked them for appearing to me in such numbers.

 Einstein said that ‘coinicdence” was just God’s way of remaining anonomous.

 Since that time, I have begun to study Norse Beliefs and Runes and find it to be very interesting. I have now created some of my own “Viking Jewelry” and wear it regularly. I also have it for sale in my store.

There is a VERY STRANGE and DEEP connection to all of this! On one hand it feels very off-putting to my recent past and yet VERY MUCH a “coming full circle”.

So.............BE IN OBSERVANCE OF YOURSELF as I’ve written about before. Do not take things as ‘coincidence’. Look “within” to see what the meaning is; what it means to a decision you have made recently and/or what it means to your Life Path in general.

Years ago in the 1930s a Scientist wanted to know how the brain ‘saw’ things. So, he gave a small number of ‘test subjects’ glasses with only one lens that would turn everything upside-down and requested that they wear these glasses for 30 days............Although the images of everything were upside down, eventually the subjects’ MINDS were able to reverse the images. THEN, he told them to go back to NOT wearing the glasses and, at least for a week or so, what they saw were upside down even though they were NOT wearing the lenses!

HOW ARE YOU ‘SEEING’ YOUR LIVES RIGHT NOW????????

ARE YOU SURE THE IMAGES ARE CORRECT OR HAVE YOU BEEN WEARING THE LENSES OF SOMEONE ELSE’S VIEWS????????

CRITICAL THINKING!!!!!!!!! Are you “blindly” accepting what others are telling you? OR are you doing your own “research”, going ‘behind the scenes’ to SEE what is REALLY being shown to you or said to you?

Are you believing the “upside-down” images are “rightside-up”?????

QUESTION EVERYTHING NOWADAYS!!!!!!!!!!

GO WITHIN! CHECK WITH YOUR HEART!!!

USE YOUR MIND TO DISCERN FACT FROM FICTION!

There’s a great deal of ‘DOUBLE-SPEAK’ going on: if you can’t make something truthful according to a Dictionary, change the Dictionary......ie “Vaccines” and an economic “Reccession”.
