If ever there were a need to prove I’ve been a fan of MLP for a long time, I came across some old pictures of my 6th birthday cake! (I just want an excuse to post it on tumblr)

The picture quality is pretty bad because these are cropped and from 2009, but I saw them and felt nostalgic :)

I have not posted in a long time, so as an apology, have these sketches from my own take on the MLP infection AUs that are going around! The concept isn’t fully fleshed out, but I’m very happy with the direction it’s taking! :)

These three (Twi, Pinkie, and Trixie) were initial tests at drawing MLP horror, and everything else is related to my AU in which Starlight’s spell to remove cutie marks backfires and turns into a horrid virus that turns a pony’s body into a physical manifestation of their cutie mark’s meaning.

I’ve got some writing done for it, and it’s still in planning stages. Perhaps I’ll post more art or a comic when I’ve got everything planned out a bit more thoroughly ^^

Today my dad found two of my childhood ponies: a Junebug from a blind bag, and a Rainbow Dash from one of the My Busy Books! They were apparently in a box inside our old grill of all places (knowing me, I probably took them out to play one day and stored them there, proceeding to forget within 5 minutes, LMAO)

That’s how they look after a very, VERY quick bath. Definitely gonna have to get a scrub, and there’s a few noticeable chips (mostly on Dashie, poor girl), but I’d like to keep them anyways instead of trashing them. Something something, sentimental value, something something…

Anyways, I just needed to tell someone about this and how much it reminded me of the inspiration behind the song “Everything Stays” by Rebecca Sugar, that’s all :)
