I wasn't able to watch How To Train Your Dragon. But considering I am a fan of dragons since a young age. I probably could've had an HHTYD phase. I've heard the music and it's stellar. I just have no idea where I can watch it now.

She lost everything. Everyone else has a home to rely on, and each other. While Rayla has Ezran and Callum, she's still missing something. She's still missing the ones who knew her since she was a child. Those she could lean on for things the others won't know. Callum and Ezran lean on each other because they are brothers and have gone through things together. Rayla has no one to rely on. There is no grand celebration back home, considering she isn't even wanted now. And we can see that some humans are wary of elves. Now imagine that with a Moonshadow assassin! ONE OF THE ASSASSINS SENT TO KILL THE KING AND PRINCE THAT NIGHT! We don't know how her life was before TTM. She loves Callum and Ezran, and Moonshadow Elves are taught that self-sacrifice is the greatest form of love. To give your life for those you love. "My heart for Xadia." Now, as Xadia is different for her. Her heart for her loved ones. She clings to those she loves and fears losing as she already has so many times.

Her parents are gone, Runaan is gone, and she can't see Ethari. She may be happy with Callum and Ezran and Soren, but she's hurt and troubled deep down. It's not like she can have those nice meals like she could've back home. It's not like when coming back from the battle, she could've gone home to see Ethari or anyone else. She's in a castle with three people she knows and plagued by nightmares.

That is enough to get people stressed out. So yes, she left because to her, the love she carries for Ezran and Callum means that much for her to risk her own life. If she lost Callum while searching with him, she would've been a wreck. It's no wonder she went to search by herself because she's lost so many and fear can really change it all.

Seeing people crap on arc two Rayla genuinely makes me sad. I don't think many people truly realize the depth of Rayla's isolation. What happened to all the characters in arc one was horrible (I am not down playing that), Callum and Ezran lost their father, and Soren lost his family, but they all had Katolis to go back to. Their home. Rayla lost EVERYTHING. She lost the assassins who she grew up with and trained her, she lost her home, and worst of all she lost her parents. She lost Runaan and Ethari in one go, only months after her parents. And all she had to remember them by was what they taught her. And they taught her self sacrifice, they taught her to do questionable things in the name of protection and the greater good. Viren threatened everything she loved which WAS Callum and Ezran, and she thought he was still alive. She was stuck in fight or flight mode, she was bathed in trauma. And she had a point in TTM, everyone was just moving on, and didn't take or let her have anytime to truly grieve. She was in such a dark place in TTM and it influenced her decisions. She knows she did something wrong, she knows she hurt Callum. She hasn't brought herself to apologize yet, but why did we stop treating her as human? (Or elf, as it were)

They thought it through. They asked the creators themselves and found out that if Toph could, she would've made a gun with her metal bending and shot Ozai, ending it all without any trouble.

His only complaint is that he's trying to help his girlfriend, and he needs the book as Amaya carries him away. Literally nothing about what she's doing is anything to complain about.

i think runaan would have explained moon magic way better to callum than rayla like in the show she says she just stands in the moonlight and shwaa and then runaans actually explaining the reason behind the ability to go into moonshadow form😭

I rarely cry. But... three things will have me crying and the first one will make me sob.

Joshua's death at Origin. (Sobbing. I sobbed for a long time, and I had to put down the controller and pause the game to keep sobbing.)

The flashback of Joshua and Clive as children.

Clive's death. (I'm a firm believer of everyone being alive and safe in the end, but before I saw the final cutscene, I cried.)
