YESSS THIS THIS. I love the idea of them being weird ass loser men.

liam is that type of teacher where he seems like he has no social life outside of school (he doesnt. he only really interacts with his brothers and sherlock). he is really smart. like reaaallly smart. he could solve any question you bring him. but not so smart socially, which can result in awkward conversations/jokes. sometimes you wonder how this man could get married. (also! small hq: I feel like he's not very good at geometry. I've had many math teachers who are extremely good at algebra and stuff with numbers but suck at shapes. I think thats funny to think about.)

then there is sherlock. he is just a mess of a man overall. did not go to college. claims it's because all the subjects were too easy for him although its very much the opposite. he's extremely clever and good at solving problems but he SUCKS at academics in general. he only did good in biology and chemistry in high school and he wanted to study forensic medicine. though, you have to enter med school to do so (which he couldnt :((( ) so he settled to being a detective which is his passion now. good for him.

he's a bit TOO passionate. scares his coworkers sometimes.

(sorry this post is a mess I'm rambling a lot)
