I get emails from people I do not know regularly asking me for free readings yet they know that the website they saw my details on was expensive and that someone has to pay for it, and obviously the clients do.  They also know that a lot of clients come to that website and pay for their readings, so why would you have some pay and some get it free?  I also get emails from people asking me to attend fayres and jumble sales where I would earn nothing at all and lose a whole day of getting paid and helping regular clients in my office.  So when it suits some people they want the service and they want it to be very good and professional but they want the price and the organisation and the availabliity to be very amateurish, and this makes no sense at all. Because nobody would set up a business and invest a lot of time and money in it and then be amateurish about all of the rest.   And this is where people do not use their common sense.   They know that there is a little old lady who does it very cheap now and then as a hobby and they try to compare that and put it in the same category as someone who has an office and a website and does its full time. And this is where it can get very one sided because they want the professional to be better than the little old lady who does it as a hobby, and more available, but they also want the cheap price.  Hence they would write to me asking me for a freebie, the same as the would with an amateur, but still expect me to pay for my own website and do it full time and be a lot better.  They want the great service that the professional provides but not to pay for it.  and not to pay towards their expenses.
