Stater sentences inspired by The Lion King
"I despise guessing games."
"Forgive me for not leaping for joy."
"You're so weird."
"Be prepared."
"You have no idea."
"Anything but that!"
"Let me get this straight."
"Did I miss something?"
"I don't believe it."
"The monkey's his uncle?"
"Please don't eat me."
"Are you talkin' to me?"
"Ya shouldn't have done that."
"No, look harder."
"I can't go back."
"You said you'd always be there for me!"
"Ahh, so you haven't told them your little secret?"
""Tell me it's not true."
"Murderer!"
"It was an accident!"
"Don't ever do that again!"
"We'll always be together, right?"
"Stop that."
"Ow! Jeez, what was that for?"
"It doesn't matter."
"Temper, temper."
"I wouldn't dream of challenging you."
"Pity! Why not?"
"Pinned you again."
"This is so humiliating."
"We could get in big trouble."
"I laugh in the face of danger. Ha ha ha ha!"
"You can't do anything to me."
"You could have been killed!"
"I'm surrounded by idiots."
"No, fool. We're going to kill him/her."
"You are such a naughty boy!"
"Can we keep him?"
"I saved you."
"Hey, Boss!"
"Forget it!"
"Very peculiar."
"What made you come back?"
"You don't deserve to live."
"Why should I believe you?"
"I'm not like you."
"Run. Run away. And never return."
"Ewww, gross."

100 Songs I Really Dig (in no particular order)
90. Heartless // Kris Allen
Kris Allen has the incredible gift of making any song sound like he wrote it. The night he sang this song on American Idol was the night he beat Adam Lambert and Danny Gokey. This isn’t the acoustic version he sang on the show, but a pop-rock version from his album, but I love it just the same. People who are able to take someone else’s work and make it sound new are my favorite.

” —— Just a spill, don’t freak out. “
A slip of the hands, and as clumsy as Elizabeth was, this surely was a very loud clung. Three mugs had fallen, breaking when they collided with the wood floor. Leaving a puddle of wasted ale, and a content expression still rested upon the owner’s face.
” Sorry, Sir. “
"A-ah... Oh. It's fine..." Well, he felt silly for overreacting-- at least, that's what he thought he did when he noticed the owner's nonchalant expression. That was quite a spectacular fall, but this was a bar. Maybe he had seen things of way more significance in his line of work. The sword on his back also meant that he was more than just a simple, short, yet qualified bartender.
"So... What's that sword for? Do you practice swordplay in your spare time?"

who the hell're you?! ‘
"Whoa, whoa! No fair! I was asking you a question first!"
Jamal sounded irate with the fact that his question was left unanswered, but he was merely supressing his amusement with the mysterious man's reaction. Eventually, though, he couldn't contain the urge to laugh any longer. The genie loved bewildering others with his powers, only one of them being a major exception.
"Haha, my bad!" he apologized, playful laughter causing his usually serene and undisturbed speech to sound a lot less symphonic. "The name's Jamal-- don't wear it out!" -- a shameless introduction, typical of him. "And who are you-- some sort of professional ice sculptor?" Obviously that was incorrect-- it was the genie's wit speaking-- but he held an insatiable curiosity about all things different.

burningsalamander
A chilly night, needless to say. Jamal would've gladly given into the luxury of staying indoors at the nearest inn and curled up near a fire, but it was once of those nights that he felt too antsy to fall asleep. That was why he decided to burn his energy with a walk.
It wasn't long after he left that he noticed a flash of pink hair on his trip, and the man wearing it seemed fixated upon something, as if the very cold of the night had frozen him in his spot.
The genie warped closer to him, narrowed yet observant eyes scanning him.
"Okay, this is going to make me sound like a massive hypocrite, but I wouldn't choose this time and place to loiter." Of course, he could be doing so much more than that; it was a wild guess. Figuring it out wasn't Jamal's purpose for the approach, he had only wished to warn him. "You're gonna get cold, dude." he whispered.

juvichan:
Being called out to by somebody as assertive as him startled her. If she wasn’t in a cheerful mood, he would be lucky to even get her to respond, but luckily she was kind. People who demanded to be looked at was easily a pet peeve of hers. "Juvia could suggest a couple places. There may be fountains that could supply some water for you."
The normally witty spirit hesitated to speak. Who was Juvia? A friend of hers? No, she wouldn't continue explaining what she knew if she wasn't Juvia. It must've been a tendency of hers to speak in third-person. "Really, now?" he spoke again, moving on from his deductions. He was surprised not to have run into one on the way here, if she was implying there were several. No matter, options were always good.
"Sounds good! Which one's the closest?"

The voice calling out was a foreign one- At least in her mind. She hadn’t ever heard it before, and yet she knew it was directed at her. She was the only one around, after all. She turned to the source of the noise to find a boy a little ways away, yet still close enough that she could make out his features.
”A drink of water..?” she repeated his words, making sure that she had heard him right despite the distance. “There’s a spring near to here where you could get one…”
"Right, okay, thanks!" Jamal nodded and made haste in a completely random direction off to the side, disappearing briefly in the forest's foliage.
What a helpful person-- Oh, wait, he was still lost.
The impatient genie teleported back to his original position in a hazey cloud of smoke, back into the young lady's point of view. "Uh, where exactly is it?"

Oops. The stingy owner of the convenience store had warned him not to touch anything, or something would shatter and spill. Unfortunately, Jamal was a common victim of reverse psychology.
He heard footsteps coming from the far end of the aisle now. Wonderful. It was either a potential witness or the buff owner ready to bring punishment down upon him.
"I didn't do it!" he claimed, traces of dishonesty laughably obvious in his voice.
