Applegate - Winter Round 6

Madelyn and Austin both have wants to have another baby, so after the morning sickness passed, Madelyn was thrilled to find she was pregnant again.

Lucian wanted to adopt a hamster and his parents couldn't say no.

Chandler ages up to a teenager. His hair and outfit gets fixed later.

Since mom is pregnant, Chandler offered to help out at the grocery store. It started out poorly but he's learned a lot.

Poor Hatbox passes away.

Twins! Babies Emma and Kimmy are born! Madelyn and Austin are doubly thrilled!

Vanderbilt - Winter Round 6

Charles and Catherine both head off to university!

Lucy ages to a child. Her father decides her to take her shopping for a more appropriate wardrobe. She had to impress the headmaster so she can get into private school. It was a successful attempt. Father knows best.

Corrine takes Lucy at Lucy's request. It's good for their daughter to be well rounded.

Baby Eric is born! He quickly ages to a toddler.

O'Hara - Winter Round 6

Alfred is back from university and although he's heard of the new wife, he's never met her in person.

Alfred: "So, you're the woman who entrapped my dad after mom died..." Susan: "My love for Arty is real and we have a baby coming."

Alfred has been freeloading ever since he moved back in. He spends his days lounging. He has visitors over constantly doing who knows what. At nights, he's often out at the clubs.

On top of all that, he bought a mischievous dog named Sake who can't stop making messes.

Lilo has had it with Alfred's freeloading. She gives him a piece of her mind.

Baby Sharon is born. Alfred couldn't be bothered to show up at the birth.

Arty's reached a rather old age now and he can't keep track of a baby and his judicial duties at once. He's decided that it's best he retire from his job as a judge to get more time with Sharon.

It was the right call because Arty passes away not too long after. He is mourned by his son Alfred, his daughter Sharon, and his wife Susan. Alfred's taking it pretty hard.

Sharon ages to a toddler not long after. She looks just like Arty. Lilo is trying her best to help mom since she's newly single.

With Arty being gone, it's time to make some lifestyle changes. Susan gathers the family at the dinner table.

Susan: "Arty's gone now. I think it's best we all move on. Alfred, I think you should move out. Lilo, Sharon, and I will find a bigger place for ourselves. There's enough money for all of this."

Alfred agrees. It's a bit uncool to be living with your stepmom after all and he hardly knows her anyways.

Arty picks up a place in Angst Noir with his dog Sake. Susan, Lilo, and Sharon will also get a new home in Barnwallop to start again.

Gould (2nd) - Winter Round 6

Living in the city means that Robbie can't keep her psychologist career that she had in Barnwallop. There's not many options in the city yet, so she takes a job as a mechanic at the gas station. It's not her dream.

She also keeps busy at the two businesses she runs.

Thatcher swings by to get to know his daughter-in-law, Rebel, a little bit better. He wants to honor Robbie's ask and to keep his relationships good with his children. He doesn't have much time left, after all. Thatcher and Rebel are at a good understanding when they're done. Robbie's pleased to see her father making an effort like she asked. She has her dad and Pipsy move in. Even if she's mad at him for his past behaviors, he's still her father.

Gould - Winter Round 6

Glinda: "Dad, I think it would look better on my resume for university if you put me into private school." Thatcher: "If that's what you prefer, I'll invite the headmaster over." Glinda's attempt at getting into private school was a success. She shortly after moved off to university.

Thatcher's age is starting to catch up with him. He decides it's finally time to retire as mayor.

Robbie comes over to visit and to try to reconcile some past differences. This is great because Thatcher really wanted to ask her a question.

Thatcher: "Now that Glinda's in college and I'm alone, I was hoping that you'd let me move in with you and Rebel?" Robbie: "Let me think about it, dad. I'd like to see you get to know Rebel first."

Vineyard - Winter Round 6

The Vineyard boys are getting ready to go off to university, so the family decides to go to a new fine dining place that's opened up in Angst Noir named Botanique.

Botanique sports a beautiful greenhouse area where restaurant patrons can get up close with the flora and fauna. You can even fish up your own dinner, if you'd like, and can enjoy fine dining indoors or outdoors on the patio bar.

Camilla: "Look at me, I can juggle!" Sheryl: "We're never being invited back to this restaurant if you don't let the bartender do her job.."

Little did they know how much this really would be their last dinner together...

Aspen runs off to Pennypinch University. His parents are so proud! And with Louis's sights on university not so far away, he decides to attempt to get into private school.

It goes horribly wrong...

Headmaster: "I don't think this household is what the institution is looking for."

Here lies Sheryl Vineyard..

Camilla can't get over Sheryl's passing. She's going through something. Unfortunately, her clientelle at the Dandy Lion aren't a fan and she gets a negative rating at the shoppe.

Louis is grieving too, but tries to put on a brave face for mom.

It's time for Louis to go off to university, like his brother! Camilla says she'll okay, but doesn't let him know that she got let go from her job today. So now she's alone in the house, grieving, and jobless.

Valentine Orphanage - Winter Round 6

Lestan Pennypacker's reached an age where he's eligible for university. Since the orphanage has funding, they've decided to ship him off there for a better future. Good luck Lestan!

This means the orphanage is empty, so Adrienne does some administrative paperwork and requests a child to transfer to her orphanage from one that's super full. Now she's responsible for the care of a sweet little baby named Lily Ashworth, whose eyes are sure to be noticed in Barnwallop.

Applegate Dormitory - Autumn Round 6

Residents: Alfred O'Hara, Jessica Lovejoy, Javier Lovejoy

Jessica Lovejoy's newfound adulthood freedom finds her having some nights out on the town. She goes on a few casual dates but doesn't want to get attached to anything serious right now.

She's also embracing her love of cooking by working in the dormitory cafeteria. Jessica declares the art major.

Javier Lovejoy embraces his creative skills as well. He sells his very first masterpiece in university.

He's also had a few casual acquaintances that he's met up with, but still nothing serious.

Javier: "Girl, I just love your hair!!" Barbie (Townie): "That's all you're interested in right now?"

He declared the drama major.

Alfred O'Hara decided he wanted to publish a book before he ended university, so he wrote "A Dude's Party Guide", deeming himself an expert after one successful party. He also then threw himself a graduation party which was also successful, so maybe he knows something. He's moving back into the O'Hara household.

Parker - Autumn Round 6

Levi Parker gets abducted by aliens! That same night, the family is burglarized!

Letty is so excited to be a new auntie for her future baby alien niece or nephew.

Except tragedy strikes! Levi sets a fire in the kitchen. Both he and Joel pass away in the fire and O'Malley the cat runs away.

Letty: "How can you both leave me all alone in this world! You're the only family I had!"

Letty calls mayor Thatcher Gould for "comfort". Hope that Letty's best friend Robbie Gould never finds out...

Lovejoy - Autumn Round 6

Otis and Vincent age up to toddlers which means Roxie and Darian are back to toddler training duties.

Jessica gets an after school job at the diner helping mom out. She took on the job because of her interest in culinary arts, but she also finds meeting her coworkers to be a great perk.

Roxie reaches her elderly years AND the top of her culinary career! She's basically a celebrity in Barnwallop for her cooking skills now even though she's just working at the diner.

Otis and Vincent quickly age to children.

Jessica decides to test out her skills at a food competition. She wins first place! Mom taught her well.

Darian ages to an elder. Unfortunately, he, Roxie, Otis, and Vincent all caught the flu and with no chicken noodle soup in sight, it'll be a rough run.

Fortunately for Jessica and Javier, they were able to avoid the flu and moved off to university. We'll see more of them later.

Now that Roxie's at the top of her career and her children are more self-sufficient, she's got time on her hands. Always career-minded, she's writing a cook book.

Applegate - Autumn Round 6

While I was away, the Applegates decided to adopt a dog which they named Hatbox (what kind of name is that for a pet?)

Chandler and Lucian grow older. Chandler is developing a love for all things nautical and pirates. Lucian is showing a great interest for reading.

Madelyn runs into her sordid affair at the grocery store.

Albert: "Remember me? Looking forward to another evening together." Madelyn: "It was one time and I have a family, let's not make it a habit..."

Vanderbilt - Autumn Round 6

Ian Vanderbilt ages to an elder!

Lucy Vanderbilt is born. Ian decides now that he wants 10 children.

Catherine is immediately jealous of baby Lucy. She's already feeling like she plays second fiddle to Charles since he got into private school first. Unfortunately, all that warrants is a scolding from Ian.

And yet, Ian doesn't see why Catherine was lashing out to begin with. He's always prioritizing Charles's education.

Catherine decides the best way to try to win her father's love is to get into private school herself. She finally got in this time around.

Lucy ages to a toddler!

Corrine works hard to balance family life and her artistic passions. She decides to open up the SnapHaus photography studio where sims can get their family photos done. She's a busy woman spending her time between home, the photography studio, and her painting store.

O'Hara - Autumn Round 6

It was Prue's dying wish to adopt a cat, so she and Arty adopted Sky. At least Prue passed away fulfilled in life. She is survived by her husband, Arty, and her son Alfred.

Arty's mourning period wasn't terribly long. Arty's alone in the home now while Alfred's in college, so he fills his time with townies.

Except a townie named Susan Anderson showed up late at night on his doorstep claiming she was pregnant by him.

Susan: "The baby is yours, Arty."

Arty may mess around but he wants to do right for this baby on the way. He decided that the best thing for the baby was to commit himself to Susan. She agreed and they tied the knot at the courthouse. Susan chose to take Arty's last name.

But a twist was waiting when Arty and Susan got home. It turns out, Susan has a teenage daughter named Lilo. Lilo Anderson will be moving in as well. Arty: "Don't you think you should have warned me in advance?" Lilo: "This is the guy that you married, mom? He's a little old!"

Gould - Autumn Round 6

Back from university, Robbie continues her feuding with Thatcher.

Thatcher: "It's not like I slept with your friend Letty!" Robbie: "That really isn't the point!"

Even though Robbie and Thatcher are feuding, Thatcher decides to pass Emily's Boutique onto Robbie. It is her mother's store after all. Letty swings by the Boutique while Robbie's running it to apologize but Robbie's not having it quite yet.

Letty: "I'm sorry for my behavior! I still want to be YOUR friend. I won't see your dad anymore." Robbie: "That'll be $15.99, ma'am."

Robbie also runs into a casual fling she had back at university, Rebel Thorn. They hit it off quite well!

At home, Glinda ages up to a teenager. She is a fortune sim with a lifetime want to outlive her spouses long enough to have $150,000. How lovely. Having the drive to get a job, she took an internship in the political career. She can carpool with dad.

Speaking of political careers, Robbie comes home one day with a new look. Thatcher is concerned about how Robbie's appearances will look to the public.

Thatcher: "I'm running for mayor! You can't be galivanting out in clothes like that!" Robbie: "I'm the owner of a clothing store. I need to be fashionable. Besides, I'm an adult and can wear what I please."

Robbie decides to go on a date with Rebel Thorn. She has the time of her life, so much so that she rolled a want to get married to Rebel while on the date. An impromptu desire to get married turned into a town hall courthouse wedding. Rebel took Robbie's last name.

Again, Thatcher is not amused. And neither is Glinda.

Thatcher: "Running off to get married without even telling me you were dating someone?" Robbie: "We had a spark! I needed to do cease the moment!" Glinda: "Dad's election is tomorrow! Do you even care how this looks for our family?" Robbie: "He's running for mayor of a small town. No one is going to even care." Wait until Thatcher and Glinda find out that Rebel is a criminal.

Night of the election comes and despite Thatcher worrying about appearances, he wins! Thatcher is now the mayor of Barnwallop.

Robbie rolled a want to own another community lot in town, so she opened the Hounds and Harmony Pet Store. Now the residents can get all their pet care and veterinary services more locally. It even wins a best of the best award on its opening day! With Robbie's smooth running of two businesses, she and Rebel have enough money to move out. It's probably for the best given Robbie's recent relationship with her father. They choose to move into Angst Noir, where they can enjoy the nightlife scene a little bit more and will be their own household in the next playthrough.

Vineyard - Autumn Round 6

Sheryl and Camille both had wants to adopt a kitten and a puppy, so they adopted Diego (cat) and Cody (dog). Both aged up in play.

Aspen has been showing an interest in Lestan Pennypacker. He sneaks out with him at night.

They go on a formal date where Aspen proposes to go steady! I'm not sure it'll last when Lestan here is bragging about multiple lovers.

Louis ages to a teenager with a pleasure aspiration. His life time want is to be at the top of the legal career. He'll get a makeover at some point.

Valentine Orphanage - Autumn Round 6

Lestan Pennypacker ages to a teen. Aging up in the orphanage is low excitement. There's no cake or party for the orphans.

Lestan's duties don't stop because he's a teen. It's autumn, and the tomatoes need to be harvested.

Diana pulls Lestan aside to have a serious conversation.

Diana: "Lestan, I've been observing you. All these years, I've never shared that I' m a witch. And you're a warlock. Witchcraft has only been practiced by a few in these regions, never making many waves. Maybe you'll be the one to revive the religion." Lestan is shocked. What does this mean for him?

Diana is reaching the end of her old age and needs to find someone to run the orphanage once she's passed. She recruits Adrienne Chard, a nanny by trade. Nannies make the best caretakers, right?

Lestan gets his first kiss! Aspen Vineyard seems to get around quite a bit.

The day quickly comes where Diana Borg passes on.

Running the orphanage is lonely work. Diana had no family to pass on her possessions, so she chose Lestan as the inheritor of the business she owned - The Cozy Quill. This is right up Lestan's alley as he wanted to own a business.

Except Adrienne also expects he have a part-time job too to help pay the bills. He takes a part time gig in law enforcement.

Nagard Fruhm Sorority - Autumn Round 6

Sorority residents: Robbie Gould

Alfred O'Hara swings by the sorority to flirt with Robbie. She's amused, but not interested.

The sorority needs more members, particularly because Robbie intends to graduate soon. She seeks out some friendships with the dormies to see if she gets any bites.

A dormie named Janice Frost is interested! Robbie asks her to pledge and she says yes.

After enough time, Janice has proven herself and moves into the sorority. Once Robbie moves out, Janice won't continue to be included in the play rotation until another playable sim moves into the sorority.

Graduation day for Robbie! She invites her family and best friends to celebrate.

Is that Robbie's dad Thatcher giving backrubs to her best friend, Letty Parker?!

Robbie: "Should I say something to my dad?!"

Robbie: "Dad! Letty! Are you two flirting? That's disgusting!" Unfortunately for Robbie, she doesn't have any money so she has to move back in with Thatcher now that she's graduated.
