The NewBabel Critter Rehabilitation Center truly is one of the greatest additions to this game because the concept of the resident sentient UFO, Alien T, training a furry anglerfish to be able to endure longer hours at their manufacturing job is simultaneously hilarious yet beautiful to me

finally have more information about mr. duncan in reverse 1999, the brasillian character from the game, because he is finally translated officially and holy shit, this character is bad, really bad, everything about him is a bad ideia, from design to backstory (making him a ex soldier from brasil in the 90s is a terrible ideia). I defended the character when he was released in CN because i had no real information about him other than his nationality, now i know him and he is a collection of poor study about Brazil and tons of other bad ideias.

Him being a white old men with the whole saving kids from the favelas and teaching them soccer, but making him a veteran soldier is worst considering the military dictatorship that happened in brazil caused by USA and remained in power until 85

It's kinda funny seeing so many people hope Noire is at or near her thirties (me included) but at the same time in true blupoch fashion expecting her to be somehow under 20, like damn did the vienna cast really traumatize us this much 😭

Having a random hyperfixation on r1999 again but I love how bp just went all out on tuesday being an neutrally evil character. I went in the story with the expectation that "yeah maybe there's a reason why she's doing this" but as you go along the story you'll realize that she just does it just because she wants to and you can't really match her freak and i just love it. Her character story also subverts expectations that way. You'll go in and expect to know more about her backstory (and you do, somehow.) but mainly it's just her speedrunning the ghosts in the motel like the badass bitch she knows she is and I love it sm.
