Idea:

The most normal guy keeps stumbling on supernatural stuff and completely not noticing. He goes to a butcher shop that's very obviously run by a murderous "thing" and completely doesn't notice that it isn't quite human. He goes walking into a forest and sees an elk standing on two legs and takes a picture "because it looks cute" and then just keeps walking. All of his newspapers bite him if he reads them for too long and he thinks he's just allergic to newspapers and wears gloves to read. He keeps getting visits from cults and just thinks that there are a lot of Mormons in the area.
