I'm still alive! Just been thinking about my kind of "rebranding" and getting a little mascot drawn up, I've wanted one for a bit anyway so it was a good excuse!

They're probably a collection of snakes, but it's not too clear to onlookers. I imagine they have a partial hivemind, but they can act individually when they disagree on things.

Also! I'm drafting up a new comic that's going to be a Patreon exclusive and I AM still working on Bitter Fruit! Again, Patreon is the best place to go to see new pages of that as they go up there first!

I'm back! I moved recently an my art got put on hold bit, which is why I was so quiet! I also decided to switch to black and white to make the comic faster to produce, full colour is a lot of work and with multiple projects going it's a little too much for me. But! I hope the grey pages will suffice.

If you haven't seen the post about it already, I changed my name from ProfessorFlowers to WizardFlowers, due to a continuous mix-up with the old name! There may still be broken things here or there due to the change, so please bear with me!

A quick heads up that I’m changing my online handle! My old one was getting tagged in things for a totally unrelated YouTuber, and tweaking my handle over where it was happening didn’t seem to work, so I’m just rebranding entirely. I’d considered doing this a few times recently anyway (my username is a mouthful haha).

My new name is WizardFlowers and I’ll be changing it wherever the internet lets me! It also means some links may break if they have the old name in them specifically, so let me know if I need to fix anything!

Comic links are broken right this second, I’ll get those updated when I wake up tomorrow!

My inspiration was manhandled into submission by @blairamok 's AU again, so I drew more Crowley being cheeky!

It's loosely based on this specific performance by Yuzuru Hanyu, it's SO fun and my favourite individual skating performance!

Draw this in your style 2023!

Every year I mean to revisit the DTIYS I did back in 2019, but I always forget or I'm too busy making something else at the time and not able to get it out with enough days for folks to do them before Christmas! BUT NOT THIS YEAR! I remembered finally and have revisited the concept and given it (hopefully!) an upgrade lmao. I wanted it to still have the same vibe as the old one, so the mistletoe and the style of the words stayed the same, but Crowley upped his game.

More Bitter Fruit is on the way, I just needed a little Pokemon break to get some of my ideas out of my brain! I have ideas for my own region and I want to draw it all out one day, but not at the expense of my comic work so it'll just pop up every now and then.

My grass starter is based on a Kelpie, if you have any ideas for a name for it let me know <3 I was surprised there wasn't a starter based on a horse, and then I designed a horse starter and was no longer surprised. They are HARD to design while still following starter Pokemon design rules.

Ekans uses it's tail to lure prey and zaps anything that takes a bite~

Arshok has developed an upright hood to make it look like a much larger creature, and has a lightning rod tail to absorb electrical attacks!

Odd question. After seeing your reverse AU Good Omens art where Aziraphale tried to eat and was in so much pain I was wondering could/would Adam give Aziraphale his tongue back. Like when he said 'you should be two people' and Aziraphale got his body back. Sorta 'you should have tongue or talk'. I don't need Aziraphale to talk since he uses sign language to speak but the idea that post end of the world he can eat. The angst of eatting & truama of what done to him. Not using his voice for talking for 6000 years and not remembering how to use his tongue for a long time. After he spoke to Adam that is which was aided by Adam's power. Then sorta held back by the truama of what happened. I just want him to be able to taste cause he loves food so much and he deserves that joy since heaven (which brought him comfort) is not a source of pain. Sorry for rambling at you. It's just a question and thought I had

I can’t say what happens with that at the end of the world just yet, since it’d be a spoiler, but it doesn’t mean I can’t talk about the hypothetical!

I think it’d be difficult for him for a long time to come around to food again, it’s a trauma spot for him (we’ll be expanding on it later in the story) so he would struggle a lot. Maybe after a good amount of time and getting adjusted to having his tongue back first he might take baby steps by just tasting things for a while until he’s comfortable enough to try eating properly!

I could also see him simply continuing to sign as well, maybe talking a little for people who can’t do it but he’s ultimately a creature of the familiar so signing is probably what he’d be more comfortable with by that point in the story! Any voiced words would probably be somewhat meek.

But yes I love when people hypothesise about my stuff, so I’m never unhappy to see stuff like this in my inbox! 💖
