This is self explanatory. He automatically gets an Arbok and Seviper. Also the color scheme just matched so well coincidentally.

Anyways, you know Jam trains his Pokémon to be absolutely conniving, even if he won't admit so at first. If they happen to win, he'll say it's just dumb luck, but he and his Pokémon know better...

Ekans uses it's tail to lure prey and zaps anything that takes a bite~

Arshok has developed an upright hood to make it look like a much larger creature, and has a lightning rod tail to absorb electrical attacks!
