PRAY, SLAY, MEDITATE, REPEAT
1. Honor my body, mind, and spirit (around any environment and people)
2. Speak my truth, my needs, concerns at any moment. “If you have a feeling, you have to explore it, acknowledge my emotions”
3. Go Heart or go Home (Don’t engage if it doesn’t feel right)
4. PRAY & express gratitude daily
5. Engage or participate for myself 100% - not anyone else
6. Lead with Love, Compassion, Courage, Authenticity, and Boundaries
7. Play twice a week, fuel my little girl. Care and Nurture myself once a week.
8. Express my feelings & intentions often (joyful, disappointed, joy)
9. Do not own or take on anyone’s energy (protect my energy & don’t allow people to “dump” on me)
10. Do not engage in negative talk, gossip, and limiting vocabulary. Monitor my thoughts for high vibrations
11. Own my inner Goddess, Capricorn Leader, Indegenous Blood. Own my unique gifts & voice.
12. Return to the Earth to remain Grounded
13. Lead with Orgullo y Pasion
