after like two months of chipping away at it slower than a glacier, it’s finally finished! behold, my obnoxiously bright homage to the only series where you can smack Sephiroth with a giant key alongside Goofy and Donald Duck, among others (゜w゜=) 

I started work on it the week before KH3 dropped in january, but I didn’t manage finish it on time… Kingdom Hearts is one of my all-time favourite series, and it’s tied with Digimon for the title of Thing That Has Had The Most Impact on My Life™, so I wanted to make something jam-packed with references, relevant items and things of interest as a culmination of my adoration! 

naturally though, since I began working on it before the game even came out, the piece was drawn without any idea what to expect regarding how the Dark Seeker saga would conclude. so instead of drawing what did happen, I’d like to think the final result is more of my hope for “what could be someday” in other words; nomura you asshole, give ALL of my kids a happy ending dangit
